I had ordered a collectible item from walmart.com through this company and one would expect that this company would take care of the items that they’re shipping out to people when I receive my item it was broken it was poorly packaged poorly wrapped it wasn’t putting a USPS priority delivery box And barely wrapped with two envelopes in bubble wrap That works stuck together with the adhesive and wrapped around the item not even covering the whole item this is very disappointing because I was adding this item to my collection I will never use this company again they’re terrible

Do not buy from this seller! Sell you defective toys and will not replace or refund!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I had the worst customer service experience by Gabriele through this site. Once I realized she over charged me by selling something for $30 more then it goes for elsewhere, I asked for it to be cancelled. She did not cancel my order and sent it anyways. I was then told I'd have to wait for the order to arrive and then ship it back for a refund of the product but that I would not be refunded for the shipping cost that was $10 in itself. After days of her being extremely rude and dismissive and not even answering my emails, I had to talk to 5 different Wal mart customer service employees which all told me something different. After a few days I did finally successfully send it back after someone actually took the time to help me and I got my full refund including shipping. I took my money elsewhere and got a better version of this toy for half the price. Never again will I buy from this site.

Customer Service Representative has a nasty and bad attitude..

I ordered the Disney Talking Nala through Walmart and I paid the extra $35.00 to have it arrive 2 days prior to my granddaughters birthday part on 11/16, so far it has not arrived and when I sent an email to sender they stated "it's not my fault." I will never order through Walmart if an item is being sent by this seller.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR THROUGH WALMART!!!! The description of the Disney Small World trash can was very deceiving. When I tried to return it to Walmart they wanted to charge me 10.00 to return a 30.00 dollar item. I had no idea this was a deceptive third party seller.

I highly recommend you DO NOT order from this seller. The item I ordered was to arrive by December 3rd but it arrived December 7th. I requested a refund and returned the item since it arrived late. When I initiated the return, it said I would receive a full refund since the item arrived late. After the item was returned, the seller reduced the refund. I've disputed this transacation and am seeking the difference of the additional refund, but I'm having great difficulty. The seller's phone # goes to a voicemail that is "full"! Wal-Mart has escalated this situation. Hopefully this helps others to avoid this situation.

DO NOT order from this site. Items are way overpriced than they should be. I ordered a Disney brand Wall-E small plush and this store, The Lucky Penny Collectables, LLC charged me $14.99 plus $6.00 shipping. The same item is listed on the Disney store website for $8.00. The seller refuses to reimburse the difference and make good on the sale.
