Today l get an email saying that my correct order was delivered today. NO, NO it wasn't. And the woman at the HAPPY HOCKER ( Jean ) is now blaming this whole mess on my mail carrier. Seriously ? My mail carrier somehow sent incorrect inventory that l never ordered to me instead of the correct items. My mail carrier just happens to live across the street from me. He has been our mailman for almost 17 years, and we have never had any issues with him. He is reliable and responsible and he always delivers our mail at the same time every day.

Jean at the HAPPY HOCKER is blaming everyone but herself. She is taking NO personal responsibility at all. I hope people think twice before ever ordering anything from her .

Ok, here's the nature of the NIGHTMARE that l have endured from you people and the affiliate ( THE HAPPY HOCKER ) that you use: l ordered some cosmetic blushes from the brand Milani through Walmart. In one order, l purchased a Milani Baked Blush in the shade called Petal Primavera and also one called Bella Billini. I DID receive them. The only other shade that l am still waiting to receive is called Milani Milani, and last night on Walmart's chat line, l was told by a guy named Victor that the Milani Milani will not arrive until Sept. 3rd. Fine. But in the meantime, between placing my original order for the Milani Milani, the HAPPY HOCKER have sent me 2 Milani Baked Blushes in the shade Bella Billini yesterday AND also another one today. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Don't you guys at the HAPPY HOCKER even care about your jobs ? I have zero intention of sending the ones l never ordered back to the HAPPY HOCKER, because this was NEVER my own mistake, and they do NOT deserve for me to return them because THEY ARE STUPID IDIOTS !! So please PAY ATTENTION to your work: The ONLY one that l have not yet received is the Milani Milani Baked Blush that will hopefully be arriving on Sept. 3rd !

I don't know if the people at the HAPPY HOCKER are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if they just don't give a shit about their business, but obviously, they just don't care.

AND BTW, l was also told in the original order confirmation that the arrival date for the Milani Milani shade would be Aug. 25th. Today is Aug. 31st.

I have zero respect for the Happy Hocker. I will never do business with them again, and l hope that others will think twice before they have the same experience as l have had.
