Serious Detecting

I purchased the XP Deus II package from The Detector Experts, also known as Serious Detecting LLC, on Amazon, on July 24th, 2022, and I received it on July 27th, 2022. Two days ago, (August 31st, 2022) as I was detecting, the WS6 wireless headphone stopped working and will not turn on. At first, I thought that I must have not connected it correctly to charge and that it simply ran out of power. The next day, September 1st,2022, after putting the WS6 wireless headphone on the charger overnight, I attempted to turn it on to use and it would not. The WS6 wireless headphone was faulty and failed 39 days after I purchased it and 36 days after it was delivered to me. Now I have been detecting a relatively long time and I have purchased five different detectors of that time. I get it, things break, and they fail, which I have experienced before. So, on the morning of September 2nd, 2022, I contacted The Detector Experts (Serious Detecting LLC) and informed them of the situation above. They refused to remedy the situation and back up the product they sold to me (total package was over $1,800) and referred me to a Deus’s web site to have the problem fixed. When I asked the representative of The Detector Experts why they would not back up the product they sold to me, they said that it was past the 30 days I had to return the item. I am not returning the package for a refund, I like the Deus II and want to keep it, I just want the WS6 wireless headphone fixed or replaced. The representative of The Detector Experts (Serious Detecting LLC) stated that they keep to the strict 30-day return policy. Like I stated previously, I have had metal detectors, or parts of them, fail before. But I have never experienced where the business I purchased it from, in this case The Detector Experts (Serious Detecting LLC) refused to help. As a result, I have followed the procedure with Deus, and I am waiting to find out what needs to get done to fix the problem. I don’t know if I must send the faulty WS6 back to France to have it fixed or replaced. I have no idea how long it will take before I can start detecting again. This is a situation that magnifies the character of a business, in particular the customer service character of a business. It is obvious to me that The Detector Experts (Serious Detecting LLC) has no character when it comes to customer service. They simply do not care about the people who spend their hard-earned money with them, beyond the point that they are forced to by Amazon’s policy. I will never purchase anything from them again and a highly recommend that you find a reputable dealer, one that cares about customer service, and purchase from them and NOT The Detector Experts, or any store belonging to Serious Detecting LLC.

i ordered a equinox 600 metal detector and never received it their response was we sent it and somebody signed for it i asked who signed for it they said bb wtf is bb ... maybe mail person put bb and left it on porch or kept it or it got stolen or never sent either way their customer service is past horrible... their attitude is f&ck you pay me glad i ordered through walmart who customer service is perfect to me or i wouldve been out of 700......

I ordered a bottle of acid to check gold. Which was never delivered to me. Even though the website said it had been delivered!! I called left a message with no return call!! I also left them a message through website with a reply saying that my item was delivered!! I never received Item from them!!! Horrible customer service!!!
