Ordered, Crack Original Styling Creme through the Walmart site. Product arrived and the bottle was only half full. Never ever order from this company!

I ordered Pure Brazilian leave in conditioner though the Walmart site. Was supposed to arrive by June 18th. Still have not received it. I have sent two emails, no response, tried to track the package, no update available. NEVER AGAiN. HORRIBLE

My daughter wanted to surprise me and ordered the Malibu Scalp Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner for $51.99 on Wal-Mart order 7583268. When received, I only got the shampoo - no conditioner. Really ruined my surprise! Will I ever receive it?????

They sell unauthorized salon products. Do not buy from them. Manufacturers won't stand behind the products this company sells.

Terrible, terrible! I ordered a bottle of vitamin C serum (Mad Hippie). When it arrived, it was discolored. It was a dark yellow. The color is supposed to be close to clear. I tried calling their (864)777-2077 number, but the recording says they cannot accept anymore calls because the mail box is full. Finally through an email, I explained the discoloration of the product. I was asked to send pictures, which I did and I asked for a refund. Now they don't reply to my followup emails, and I am unable to contact them through their telephone number. Further, the product arrived in a poor-condition box and the return address was a personal residence in Texas. Do not buy anything from this company. The return address on the box was The Beauty Outlet, 45 Elm Street, West Pittston, PA---I googled it and it is a rundown-appearing house!
