AVOID AT ALL COST. I WAITED FOR MY ORDER FOR ALMOST A WEEK AND ASKED FOR REFUND WHICH THEY SAID "THE ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED", then couple days later they sent me an email saying they shipped it "accidentally" and tracking showed that I "received" it alreayd which I didn't receive any packages from them. Also provided the email from the management office that I didn't receive any packages but now they wanted my ID to report it??? AVOID AVOID

I've purchased an ipad from them on backmarket.com, the delivery guarantee to be 2-3 days and it's now 2 weeks, still nothing from them as well as their support is no help. I had to call my bank to chargeback since they keep playing game with refunding my money back. AVOID Texas Depot on newegg, walmart, backmarket at ALL COST please. Save yourself some times.

This is a FRAUDULENT company and it seems that Walmart is NOT standing behind their customers. My son ordered a Nike sport bag off of the Walmart.com site. Supposedly, this item was to ship from Texas Depot. We received tracking information that turned out to be a duplicate tracking number. When the other package was delivered to the other customer, it showed up as his item was delivered - but our package was NEVER shipped out nor delivered to our address because it was assigned the tracking number for a completely different item/customer. When we made a claim that we had not received our item, Texas Depot emailed my son that, in fact, the item had been delivered - based on the duplicate tracking number THEY assigned. They advised him to ask other household members. We have NOT been issued any sort of refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF WALMART.COM SHIPPED FROM THIS COMPANY.

i bought a refurbish 3 units apple watch series 4 and the day before to deliver they intercept my package and return to them and i never get , money back or at lease 1 of apple watch

I purchased two ipad generation 2 from walmart but this was the third party my kids wasnt able to download anything they couldnt make an icloud one of the cases of broke the box didnt have a return shipping label only the ipad the charger and case no kind of papers in it since dec 24th 2019 we have been trying to get our refund but no one has reached back out to me or Walmart in reguards to resolve the issue let's see how long it takes for my refund after today

Bought a "new" ipad on Walmart from them for my son's birthday. They sent me a refurbished unit in a generic box with no charger! Infuriated at the moment, I'll update review if they fix the issue asap, otherwise 1 star
