Tech Mate Deals (S/N Recorded)

Shady company. Completely rips off people then refuses to refund. Sells used products for same price as new. Claims to be small "mom and pop" operation. Most likely foreign, funding terrorism.

This company is a rip off! I ordered an expensive item for Christmas and had to order early due to shortages. They only allow for 15 day return. It was a present. Avoid this company and Walmart at all cost. There was not notification of the return policy in my order and still have not found where the 15 day return policy is hidden. STAY AWAY from both Tech Mate and Walmart for utilizing them as a supply group.

I bought a Fitbit and it didn't work. It was a Christmas gift and because they have only a 15-day return policy I couldn't return it or get exchanged.

Would not accept a return of an unopened unused item 28 days after purchase. Never buy from this seller.

I looked at purchasing an Apple Watch from tech mate, but didn't end up getting it. They still charged my account, and now they say the order never existed so they can't refund my money.

I'm getting in touch with the local law enforcement's scam prevention agency, and we'll see if I can't get my money back.

One star is far too many for this review.

I was about to click submit on my order of which I thought I was purchasing from "Walmart" turns out I was actually about to purchase from this company.

good thing I looked this company up 1st and A BIG THANK YOU to all whom wrote reviews. You kept me from making my purchase and I cant thank you all enough. I just wish things would have turned out better for all of you kind people. So THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Scammers. Steal your accounts and make purchases. Avoid like the plague.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER ITS A SCAM!!! They delivered my package to the other side of the country and wont answer emails or calls to make it right! ZERO STARS

This company delivered my package 6 states away and now wont answer any calls from walmart 2 weeks from Christmas. Walmart wont refund me or replace the item until I file a police report. AVOID THIS COMPMAY.

False advertising. They are advertising a switch bundle with mario kart deluxe 8 as 199.00 + tax on Walmart. But when you click on it, it is 400.00 +

Lost my package, would not resend another item. I had to call twice and still haven't recieved my product or refund. I was told i need to order it again. Very unhappy

The company is a rip off agent. It will not refund anything if the package is opened even if the item is not used. The return policy is well hidden and appears only on the package. It does not provide a return label. Avoid this scammer all you can. We bought an expensive item which had requirements not stated in the online description which we discovered AFTER we opened the package. We returned it paying for the return.

The reply was highhanded, bordering on rude. It requested that we send money if we wanted the item back.
