Leaky tea kettle is a problem...
Although the standard kettle bus of pleasing design, it failed within a year of sporadic use. The failure was a leak through a rivet attaching the name plate on the side of the kettle. More irksome than a kettle that doesn't hold water is that Susteas did not respond to repeated emails to correct the issue. Apparently, customer service is not a priority as there is no way to reach the company be phone. Strongly suggest you not purchase a good looking kettle that leaks!
