Advertising used items as new on walmart. Com. I ordered WEN cleansing conditioner advertised as new. Seal on the bottle had been punctured. Product had been used. Returning.

Got my wife some WEN oil only to find it had no safety seal and its 7 YEARS OLD! REALLLLLY?! I give zero stars

I ordered a 5 oz size of Josie Maran Finishing Balm for $29.99. It usually sells for $34.00. What I received today is a 5 GRAM (or .18 oz-not even one full ounce) jar which is the size of a fifty cent piece. What is shown on the website is a 5 oz jar. What I received is not that jar. If I return it, I have to do so on my own dime, plus pay a restocking fee of 10%. If Wal-Mart wants to compete with Amazon, they need better third party sellers. This is false advertisement at its best. I've been a long-time Wal-Mart customer. They've just lost my trust.

These guys are the BEST!!! I ordered from them, and never received my package. I let them know I was on a very tight budget, and to lose a package I paid for was a big blow to me. . Turns out my neighbor had been stealing from me for years. And These ppl sent me ANOTHER order unexpectedly through the mail!! Made my day!!! They have made a life long customer, integrity goes a long way!!
