My wife bought a set and packaging damage the center table or coffee table. Arrived on April 28, but we did not open them right away, because we were preparing the area to be place. When we open it, we notice the damage and about two weeks ago we wrote the seller and no respond, so I guess they were waiting for the 90 days limit for refund had pass. Now 3 days later we called, not being aware of the 90 days rule, until Walmart told us. The 28 was Friday, but we were busy with the Wedding of my Grandson, but we write and send pics 2 weeks ago and no answer. We write again today and call Walmart. They in turn excalated it to a Manager and hope I get a solution by no later than 5pm. Scamming Seniirs and Disable Veterans, is a crime and is also the Walmart name on the line. All we want is the Center Table replace or paid for, keeping the old one/ damage one.

My outdoor patio set came with a shattered glass for the dinning table, I notified Walmart customer service immediately who notified Super Joe I have yet to hear from them! From the rest of the reviews says that the seller is not contactable and that’s what I am getting too!

DO NOT buy from this company! They say their items are returnable and then when you try to return them by mail they don't cooperate with you and send you the correct return labels for shipping. Then when they do say they're going to send you the correct ones they don't and stop responding to your emails. I am now out $395 for furniture I cannot use and they refuse to provide the information and shipping label to return the item

Absolutely the worst customer service. Can never get in contact, cancelled an item but still showed up at my door a week later . Tried to return it but they were trying to make me pay the 115 dollar shipping fee . Then offered me 85 off if I keep it. 5 weeks later I finally got a full refund . About 50 emails with them and Walmart disputing this. Never again

Walmart should be ashamed!!! This is not a legit business. Super crooked should be shut down !! I have filed a complaint with the BB and will never shop Walmart again !!! I blame Walmart for allowing this, they KNOW this co is no good, dishonest and unreachable and admit it !! Be warned DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM WALMART/SUPERJOE.

Bought a 24 quart roaster through walmart.com. Superjoe is refusing me a refund saying I am the reason item is defective. Roaster was on 150 degrees for 5 minutes and started smoking and smelling like plastic was burning. I have owned roasters for more than 10 years and this was not normal. Superjoe wants me to pay $30 for returning the item and then will refund me $15 out of my $74 I paid for item. Very dishonest seller.

I ordered something from Walmart didn’t realize it was a third party but I try to cancel it because I received what I had ordered from someone else .The item was not shipped yet but when I sent them a message and said I wanted to cancel It I mysteriously received a email saying it was shipped and then told me I would be charged a fee and then when I tried to email back after that I couldn’t they are a Ripoff. I don’t even want to do the one star uggh.

Ordered 5 piece patio set, which is shipped in two boxes. Shipping was decent, went literally from Pacific to Atlantic in a single week. There was only a single FedEx tracking number provided, I am assuming only 1 number per box. The boxes got separated in transport, which I also understand can happen.

I received one box, and I called Walmart to see if they could confirm the 2nd box was en route. They didn't have a seperate shipping number and could not verify. So they contacted the seller, and asked for an answer in 24 hours. There was no answer in that time frame and I was getting concerned.

The 2nd box did arrive not too far after that. Once the second box arrived, after that 24 hour time limit Walmart imposed, the seller did send me a message to confirm receipt of both boxes, which I was glad to see.

The product was packaged well, all the pieces in there, and I am happy with the purchase. My advice to Walmart and the Seller: Provide both FedEx tracking numbers for each box to alleviate confusion and concern. If Walmart only allows 1 number in its interface, email the customer directly to provide both numbers. This would set minds at ease by providing assurances that both boxes were indeed shipped. Also - to the seller: Communication is key. I am glad you reached out to me to confirm, but it was after that 24-hour window, which can make people anxious.

im disabled with mass tumours on spine saw this cream coloured heated massage chair at $239.oo which is a lot of $$ to me mainly being single live alone.. I bought on 19 april ... shipping was delayed till the 29th... I just received it yesterday 13 May... and I was really pissed I received I box it had the back of chair... no rest of chair in sight... I called Walmart they said its no their fault... I called fedex they said it was a shipment of 1 of 1 and that is all their is just the 1 box... I tried to call { SleazyJoe } oh wrong one I tried to call superjoes more like sloppyjoes… and of course the number has been disconnected... last night I called Walmart again they told me come to my local Walmart tell them what is going on I will get refund..... so today 14 may... I went to Walmart told them the story she said no I wont get refunded... I said look lady im in electric buggy im disabled I want you to help take this back and refund me my money... I bought this chair thru your Walmart company with my bank card so why should I a innocent person be out of the $239 bucs..?? I did no wrong.... so she said you did not buy the chair from us you bought it from a 3rd party... I said maybe so but you accepted my babk card so you should put money back in it... you deal with superjoes furniture … I should not have to deal with them they are your issue... its not the customers... so she said... yu need to deal with them by sending them the back of chair when they say they get it back we will give you money back.... BEWARE!!!!!! I only received part of my order- I did not receive the entire set. I have tried to contact "Superjoe" multiple times, but have received nothing back and their number is disconnected. I should have listened to all the negative reviews and avoided them.

Walmart is telling me to wait until they find a resolution my package is missing and got labeled wrong and went to somebody totally different hours and hours away from where I live I spent 50 bucks on this product and never received it with no help from anybody how do you label something incorrectly to somebody at a totally different address UPS and Fed ex have no clue what

Worst piece of junk I ever purchased ! This recliner is NOT as advertised ; it is flimsy, no massage controller , and it definitely is NOT a lift chair .... Walmart has been trying to help; BUT so far the phone number has been wrong for this fly by night company .... and no one can help or get any satisfaction ... I am disabled and had to pay someone to take this recliner back to store ; NOW I am being told I'll probably have to come get it and bring it home for a pick up .... NEVER buying from here again ....

I got half of recliner and it was the wrong color. Walmart gave me a number for seller that isn't working. I'm out $239.00 and having to deal with sending the half of the chair I got back. I don't hold out much hope of getting refund. I've emailed superjoe and Walmart getting no where.

One part defective, I would like to replace the part but the only option is to take it apart, repackage and return. Not Happy. On a lighter note package was delivered sooner than expected.
