Worst experience ever!!!! No way to get ahold of the company!!! 21 days to get an instock item shipped 1 state away, then a letter arrives instead of the item telling us to wait patiently for our item. No proper letterhead, no item numbers or order numbers listed on the letter. It was written in a very un- business way.
The item I ordered arrived broken, seller will not answer phone nor reply to emails. I gave one star, but they don’t even deserve 1 star.
I don't know about anyone else, but I've had the worst experience with this company. I ordered an item and received the wrong thing. I tried calling, to no avail. I tried sending emails, which said that I would receive an answer within 48 hours. Never received a response. I was told to try to order the item again and against my better judgement did. Well, guess what, yep wrong item again. I've been trying to contact them since November 15 and have gotten no response. This is after they
received an email from the manager of he store I ordered from. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and aggravation, DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPER SPACE INC..
