Sunvalley Group is a shady company, or at least marginally shady. They do not process returns, how do I know... Because they are having you send returns to an old address, which they do not occupy. Here is the best part, you will not receive a refund until the items are returned to Sunvalley, and since they never receive the returned items, you will not get a refund.
