I have not yet received my package. It says it is At the Opa Locker facility, and has been for over a week. Can’t get them on the phone, nor you!! Terrible.

I finally got my refund after a week of going back and forth with this seller. Finally I got Walmart to step in and they forced this seller to give me a refund. What they advertise on the marketplace was not what they sent and I asked for a refund. They ended up contacting me offering to refund about 25% of the total. I refused and they counter with a 35% refund of the total. I asked them to refund me the whole amount because I have no use for the item. They finally gave in and refunded me. What a hassle and lessoned learned when purchasing through the marketplace. Please read the return policy.

I haven’t been able to set up or use this blood pressure machine, since I purchased it from Walmart, august 1/2019 order #4841972-597930

Is there someone that can contact me & help me set it up or can it be replaced ?

I am a diabetic & I have hypertension I need to use this machine daily. I contacted you all last year & never got a response, when the store wouldn’t take it back.

I tried to take it back but it was over 30 days.

I ordered a web cam. It seems perfectly fine were it not for the fact that it is in the positioning bracket upside down. It clips nicely to my monitor - upside down. It sits nicely on my desk - upside down. I can't wait for my next video conference in two days - upside down.

I ordered a web cam. I live in Maryland. Their tracking said it was in Jamaica, NY for four days. Then it said it was going to California. After 24 hours it says that it left California but how, its supposed the be delivered tomorrow!

11 days after my order was entered, they posted a "delayed shipment" notice with no further details. When I tried to contact them, I got a message saying there was a problem with the system. The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't give them negative stars. Walmart should stop doing business with these people.

I ordered a Garden Hose Water Hose Pipe Reel. When the package arrived, it looked like it had been in some kind of accident. Inside the box was even worse. Parts are missing so you can not put it together much less use the thing. I attempted to return it to Walmart has instructed but there was no return paper work. The Customer Service person would not guarantee me a refund but agreed to ship it back. I wanted to get as much info as possible to maybe guarantee a refund to my credit card. I returned with the mess and this time was told they could not send it back that I would need to handle the matter with Sunshine Century. However, I can't reach them. I am now stuck with a incomplete reel that I wlll never be able to use. Anyone have any suggestions?

I bought a A13S Drone. The documentation I got with it was of little value. There is no website to visit. There is no where to get replacement parts. I could not get the controller and my phone to work concurrently. He was difficult to get the phone apt downloaded. I pushed the home button after setting the home position and it took off away from the home position.

I bought a blood pressure cuff. It was used, came in a ziplock bag with NO instructions. Medical utensils should never be resold with out being checked and never without packaging. Tried several times to contact them with no real response. They just say we have already sent your purchase, which is not my complaint.
