By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After receiving a damaged item, I reached out to them and even supplied pictures of the damage. They never listened to my issue and had to email me several times with the same questions over and over. I never asked for a refund, but they offered one and then retracted by implying I had damaged the item myself. It was around a $10.00 item and the struggle was not worth it. I've cut my losses. Horrible company.
