I’ve had good dealings with Speedyhen in the past - but, then again, there haven’t been any niggles requiring customer support. Made an order for a Christmas present, via Amazon, back on 13th December - the money went out of my account a week later, but no delivery made. I’ve been trying to resolve this since 29th December, including several phone calls to Amazon, but no joy. The order is apparently showing on their system as ’pending’, and they say they can’t do anything, and that I need to contact Amazon, which I’ve done.

No doubt, if they see this message, they’ll reply to say (yet again) it’s Amazon’s fault, and there’s nothing they can do to resolve - but Amazon say otherwise. I’m happy to believe this is a computer glitch - and Amazon have tried contacting Speedyhen themselves - but this company ignore them and me, and just bounce it back to me, rather than making even the slightest effort to resolve directly.
