I ordered something from Woodville books and then had to return it. However, I had no clue that returning it would make them charge me a restocking cost. If I would have known this I never would have never returned it. They did not make the restocking fee known and I only found out because they returned way less money than what I paid. So yes just be very careful.
Pretty bad. Ordered a book set, was charged and got the item. Great. However, 1 month later was charged again and they set the item to us again. Have sent them a request to reverse the charge.
Horrible, scam of a company. Never received the book I ordered and was essentially told because I didn’t report it earlier they couldn’t do anything. They are committing fraud.
Yep just like the orders said on here ordered two books of the same thing and only got one. I figure this is just a scam
Horrible, horrible seller. I ordered two books and only received one. The book I did receive was bent out of shape and I've tried putting heavy objects on it for days to straighten it out with no success. Their team takes forever to respond and I still have not received a resolution to my issues.
Horrible.........actually no customer service! The book I purchased hasn't shipped and no one answers the phone number provided. I have contacted Walmart to escalate the issue. I cannot recommend this seller due to lack of shipping the package I purchased and lack of available customer service to resolve the issue.
