Ordered as told delivery from pups be 9/17 it’s now 9/18 and no word on when it will be delivered. My sons homecoming is today. If I would have read prior reviews before ordering I would not have used them. Don’t use them!
I ordered a backpack and decided to return it. Got the return label postage free thru FedEx. Got the package returned saying the post office wouldn’t accept it. Now what?!
I ordered a pair of cut off finger rainbow ladies gloves that goes half way to the elbow (Via Walmart.)They sent me the gloves but they are just normal wrist length. I called them and they were emailed several times with no result or feedback. I really needed those gloves!!! Why they did not send me What I Ordered ???
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 2 backpacks august 2nd, almost a month later I still have not received the backpacks OR any sort of response to let me know they've been delayed or what's going on. The tracking number says the labels were created August 3rd but they havent made it to the usps facility. I called the Walmart help desk, they supposedly sent a escalated request and told me I would hear from the seller within 24 hours, that was several days ago. $80 dollars down the drain I guess. Buyers beware!!!
