HORRIBLE.. They need to learn that CREATING a label is MUCH more DIFFERENT than SHIPPING.. I contacted FedEx to get some information because I could clearly see that there was no movement of my package -- I ended up e-mailing Customer service at Wal-Mart to see if they would check into it -- tried to reach this Snorda company ( good luck with that ) I waited for a while - NO reply so I started a cancellation with the Wal-Mart Customer Care person naked Brian- he told me that the package was " shipped " and I can see it has not been and they won't give me a cancellation... Well NEEDLESS to say - I called my CC company fraud devision, the BBB , Got an email from Snorda this morning saying they would ship it soon. I TOLD them to CANCEL my order they gave me some story about them having carried issues. So it's FedEx fault ??? Anyway I ordered from Amazon and it's being delivered TOMORROW. I am in total support for all the small businesses out there. But SNORDA is INCREDIBLY mismanaged and has even worse Customer Service. DON'T BUY FROM SNORDA -- Wal-Mart WILL NOT help either... 2 weeks is RIDICULOUS. ( And it still hasn't shipped ). ---- Especially when you have been lied to.
I finally received what I had order PC Web Camera and in the mean time I had to buy another one while waiting so long. Took it back to Walmart to find that I can not return it through them. I must contact Snorda. Their is no way to contact them. I will pay much closer attention when ordering from Walmart if it is coming from a 3rtrd party.
Complete Bulls*it!!! My wife ordered a product from this company last month on the 13th ,and here it is the 11th of the next month and the item is no where near me!!!!!!! Anyone whom reads this review I say this , NEVER buy snorda products ever , it is a nerve rattling stressful experiance!!!
DO NOT ORDER from this company. I have spent 4 hours trying to get a refund from Walmart for an order that never came from this company. I tried contacting Snorda directly, but no help or response. I'm beyond frustrating! I've never left a review before. This is awful! 4 hours and counting! I'm giving 1 star only because I have to.
NEVER order from taking me over a month when it was so post to be here within 14 days and over 72 hours to Answer me .As of Today I wrote them again Nothing!! I have to give 1 star ..I would not give that at all
I should have researched this company before buying anything. I placed an order for a baby play mat with fence so little one can practice his crawling. Order was placed on May 9th. On May 11th I get an email saying they had to change from fedex to USPS. Okay no biggie, thanks for the heads up and updated tracking. May 20th, my package is supposedly in Indiana and hasn’t changed, it is now currently May 30th. I emailed company few days ago and they told me not to worry. That’s literally it.
I order a picture from walmart third party by this company order it on April 20 and confirmed order shipped and will arrive April 30 here it is May 16 and still nothing cintas red walmart and they are giving me the run around as well I just need a refund
I ordered 1/4 inch elastic to use in face mask. My tracking the order showed me it was shipped from Florida on April 28th and that it would arrive May 7th. It is now May 12th and I still do not have the elastic. I ask about my order and Walmart said they sent it to Snorda and I would be hearing from them within 24 hours . I have been waiting 4 days for a response and still nothing. I am very concerned that my order has been lost, but I am even more disappointed in your treatment of your customers. I would have a difficult time recommended your company to others.
