This is the worst program Walmart could’ve ever teamed up with for shipping. Terrible customer service and they are racist!
Ordered an iPad mini pelican case. Received and IPhone X adidas case. Email kicks back when I attempt to contact seller.
DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM
I purchased a phone cover, but it did not fit. I went to Walmart to return it but they said it could not be returned to the store because it was a market place order and that returns and refunds need to go thru a third party vendor. I was unable to find an address to mail it back to. I emailed them(SLK WIRELESS GROUP)several times, as well as emailed the Walmart help center. SLK WIRELESS GROUP NEVER RESPONDED. I would NOT recommend using this vendor.
Bought an Otterbox Case through Walmart. Case would not fit iPad. Tried to return Otterbox Case only a couple of days past purchase date since nothing was wrong with case it just didn't fit the iPad. I was told I could not get a refund and this could not be done since I purchased the case online. What a ripoff!
I ordered a phone cover eight days ago through Walmart, and it was to be here today, but the tracking still says 'preparing order'. I tried to contact them, but when I click the contact seller button, it states they are having trouble with my request. Well I'm having trouble with their service. At this point, I just want to cancel the order and get my cover from another site, I should have had it by now. Will not use this site again.
