They throw customer equipment away .tell the customer it’s not repairable then talk them into buying new equipment that is instructions from manager and owner .people buy into it .then when you learn something they lay you off and keep the lazy one behind the counter who would rather talk to her man than do any work .so I know from experience these people don’t care about you or the equipment they sell you.they sell equipment promise you the world when you have a problem they all forget they told you that .go to another store don’t waste your time or money there…..

I was there the other day and while sitting in my car I seen the mechanic drinking a big can of beer by the dumpster.ive tried doing business with those people but nobody there cares about what they sell or how they treat people .that manager is a total liar .but hey what ever it takes to make the sale .do your self a favor. Don’t ever go there .they sell junk and employees are not much better than the products I don’t know who owns this company but they need to either get new staff or just close the place

Purchased a refurbished Troy-Bilt 21” pushmower from Walmart on line and the mower came from Joe’s Factory Outlet. Came in original box. Put it together, put the oil in that they sent along with it, put gas in tank, and pulled the rope. As I pulled the rope I noticed there was no resistance whatsoever, meaning there was no compression. Pulled a few more time to make sure and it never started. Stopped and called Walmart. ( I also purchased the two year protection plan). They informed me to take it to a Troy-Bilt dealer for warranty work first before I use Protection plan. Out of five dealers, only one does warranty work anymore due to hassles. Dealer had to contact Briggs & Stratton who informed him motor was damaged due to owners neglect of putting oil in mower engine. As stated above, I added oil and motor would not work. This means that Joe’s Factory Outlet failed to repair the engine before placing it on Walmart site as refurbished. All Joe’s did was clean it up to make it look brand new, which it did. After numerous phone calls, I finally got to the Protection plan center customer assistance and filled my claim. In less than eight hours I had my money returned to me in a Walmart e-gift card. I will never purchase a refurbished anything on line again. Walmart should stop using Joe’s Factory Outlet for anything. Joe’s should be put out of business!!

I waited two weeks for accurate tracking info. When my NEW mower was delivered it was supposed to be in a wood box crate, instead it was hanging off of an open pallet that it wasn't even attached to. It was dented, scuffed, had missing paint, and was covered in dirt. I refused delivery. That was 16 days ago as of this review and the company will never get back to me. I've filed complaints with Walmart and Paypal and nobody can get them to do anything. That have almost $3000 of my money and seem to have no intentions of returning it. Avoid these scammers like the plague. This company is 100% fraudulent.

Bought a toro lawnmower for $2021 from the Walmart.com. When I received the lawnmower it didn’t turn on. Victor ( employee of joes factory outlet) told me to get a new battery and he would reimburse the money. I checked 2 places to be sure the battery was dead. Victor said go to auto zone and send the receipt.When I put it in the lawnmower still didn’t work. Victor said no problem they would pick it up and give me a full

refund. Then I got back $817. When I called victor said if I wanted the rest of the money call Walmart. Walmart came threw with the money. I however don’t have the money for the battery. Walmart should definitely not use Joe’s factory outlet. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. If anyone wants a lawnmower definitely don’t use Joe’s factory outlet. They are a scam!!

I went to Joe’s Factory Outlet to buy a Troy Bilt lawnmower that was on sale. I was also interested in looking at a snowblower that was also on sale. I met the manager who said he was sold out of the mower I wanted but I could buy it and wait for more to be delivered, which I did. He then showed me the snowblower that was on sale, a 28” 2-stage Club Cadet. He also showed me a more expensive 28” 3-stage Club Cadet, also on sale, but it was $300 more. I told the manager that I did not research any 3-stage snowblowers. He said they were much better than the 2-stage snowblowers and would not be on sale much longer, so I agreed to buy it as well. Together, I spent $2,000 -- $600 on the mower and $1,400 on the snowblower. The manager said I could pick them both up when the lawnmower arrived.

I went home and did research on the Club Cadet 28” 3-stage snowblower when I got home. The reviews were terrible. There were many complaints about the 28” 3-stage Club Cadet because, among other things, the 3-stage did not clean snow as well as the 2-stage and the shear pins were a huge source of aggravation because they broke so often.

I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told the guy who answered the phone that I had a concern about the snowblower I bought the day before, and he took my number and said the manager was with customers and would call me back shortly – which he didn’t. I called back the next day and a lady answered. I repeated my story and told the lady I did not want the 28” 3-stage Club Cadet and wanted a credit since I did not take the snowblower. She said she was not authorized to issue a credit and the manager would be away for a week so she would send him an email explaining the situation and get back to me by the end of the day – which she didn’t. I called back for a 3rd time and the same lady answered and said she didn’t hear back from the manager and would call him and get back to me before the end of the day, and guess what – she didn’t. On my 4th call, it rang and then went to voicemail. I left a message saying that if I did not receive a call saying that my credit card was credited $1,400, I would cancel the entire order and leave a negative review on Google and Yelp.

Three more days have passed and still no call from the manager. I called my credit card company and cancelled the entire $2,000 purchase. What a total and unnecessary hassle! This is a dishonest company, and it looks like I am not the only one who has left a 1-star rating and took the time to warn customers to BEWARE and RUN AWAY!

Do not purchase from here. I purchased a snowblower. Upon receipt it was clearly used or damaged. I returned it only for them to claim that I shipped them a different unit than what they originally sent. They claimed I tampered with the serial number and not I don't have a snowblower or my $2,000. They are a complete scam operation and walmart.com should kick them off immediately. Do not Do Business with them!!!

Bought generator from Walmart Web page was a refurbished firman t07571 generator but came from Joe factory outlit. It was not refurbished cross threaded dip stick did not run oil not changed . I cleaned carburetor changed oil got it running to find out it has 527 hrs on it is half worn out . The joke is on me do yourself a favor and do not buy from Walmart or Joe's factory outlit. Joke on me ha ha.

I bought and paid for a new mower from Walmart. I received the mower, and it was not worth the price. I took it back to Walmart and was told I could not return it to the store. I was supposed to send it to Joe's. Joes wrote and said I have to attach he mower to a pallet and then enclose it and call a shipping company. I told them my credit card was charged to Walmart not Joe's.

I don't want to deal with Joe's.

STOP!!! Do not do business with Joe’s . They are not interested in your needs, only in screwing you. They sell used junk for new prices, and then make you hassle on returning and refunding your money. They run stall scams on getting you a return until the time frame to return is used up, and they have an excuse for not refunding you . I wish I had read all the horrible reviews before getting involved with them. They have screwed several customers, which is how they make their money. Stay away! Products are bad and customer service is bad. Ordered a snow blower that went out in 3 weeks, called about a replacement, I shipped in the broken snow blower within a few days they never sent me a new one I had to call in and then it took a week to come. I received the replacement and it was a lesser model and when I called the only explanation I got was the warehouse was out of the original one I had ordered, but I was expected to be happy with a lesser model that I paid for or send the replacement back for my money back. Save yourself a headache and buy something else.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOES FACTORY OUTLET, LODI NJ. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! While looking at a new riding lawnmower, I was informed it did not come with a grass collection bag but one could be purchased online since the mower was from MTD and Made in USA. The mower was delivered the next day but without a factory owners manual so I had no idea how all the knobs and levers worked nor what did they do. We were able to get the mower running and I put it in the garage. Searching the mower I found many labels, one showed the model number, another one showed the motor information. Another label showed that this equipment is solely for export and is therefore exempt under 40 CFR 1086.230 from U.S. emission standards. Looking on line, I could not find this model number anywhere. Checking with MTD corporate they confirmed that this is not a US model and therefore no drawings nor parts list are available. MTD did email me a sorta users manual where I learned basic operations and that the mower blades would not turn without the grass collection bag. So a lawn mower that won't mow. It did come with a snow plow. Returning to Joes, I was informed that I purchased it being aware it was European. That is correct. But I wasn't told No parts are available. To the contrary I was told parts would be readily available since the unit was made in the US. I asked to return the mower but was told "No Returns" I left and did more research. Since the mower blades did not turn I called Joes and inquired what their 1 year in store warranty covered. They said only manufactures defects and what I was experiencing was due to a missing part and not a covered issue. When I inquired about the operations manual, I was told they were still working on getting me one. In reading the information sent to me from MTD I noticed that several necessary items were included along with the in the manual but Joes had no idea what I was talking about. STAY AWAY FROM JOES FACTORY OUTLET.

I ordered a Troy-Bilt 21" self propelled lawn mower from Joe's through Walmart Online . All they did was to just create a shipping label so that they could charge my credit card right away. The item was not ever shipped to UPS. More than a week later, still nothing had been shipped. I tried to contact them but they did not get back to me. After reading some reviews, I realized this was their common practice.

I thought it was a little strange that I ordered from Walmart, waited a week and tracking shows a label has been created but USPS had not received it. Walmart cancelled the order and gave a refund. I then reordered and the exact same thing happened again. After reading some reviews I realized this is a common pattern with this seller. I just wish we could give minus stars for the scum of the earth!

I bought a snow blower from them at the store the lady Sylvia behind counter was rude .the guy victor said take it or leave it .mechanic was the only nice one there and a really big guy eating two large pizzas kept farting while I was there .will never go back
