Never sent the product and would not respond to requests for refund.

Do not order from these guys. I ordered items through Wal Mart.com - the order never arrived. I tried Wal Marts return option, they have you send in a message to Silberman. Silberman does not contact you back to resolve the issue.

I order some camo pants they were somehow returned i haven't recieved my money back

I ordered a pair of camo insulated coveralls from this corp for a family member for Christmas. The quality was fine and appeared to be exactly as ordered. But he was not pleased with the fit, and now I cannot get Silberman's to respond to multiple requests to return the item. There was no return paperwork enclosed with the order, either.

Extremely unresponsive. Returned boots more than a month ago and they still haven't processed return, haven't responded to multiple messages to follow up.

i order a canteen i thought ..i received a canteen cover .. took it back to walmart.. they would not let me return.. the packaging you sent was no help no return slips or nothing-- the peiece of paper was so light in this i could not read of how to return.. how do i return .. there was no invoice are return label.. please advice..very unhappy

I ordered a M65 from you through Walmart. I received a notice from USPS yesterday it was delivered. I went to the mail box and the compartment was empty. How do I track this down?
