DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Horrendous customer service. Bought two SUP boards from them and one sprouted a leak after one use, and now I am fighting with customer service about making an exchange. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I had realized I wouldn’t be able to make exchanges/returns as one would through Walmart.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. MY PACKAGE WAS NOT RECEIVED ON 5/25 AS STATED. ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE COMPANY SAYING IT WAS DAMAGED. AS OF TODAY 6/5 I HAVENT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND!!!!!
I am HIGHLY disappointed. My order was NOT delivered on 3/12! The tracking information stated was delivered at 2:26 pm. First of all, the item was to big and would probably needed to be left at my front door...which it was NOT and secondly, I was outside when the mail carrier arrived and there was NO order from you all!!!!!!!!! I will be contacting my bank to REVERSE the charge! DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER. THE ONLY REASON ONE STAR WAS GIVEN WAS BECAUSE I HAD TO RATE TO HIT SEND. IT'S ACTUALLY A NEGATIVE STAR
