I purchased 72-ct k cups as "part" of a order on the WalMart ap and everything came as promised EXCEPT the order from SHOPIMO. SHOPIMO CHARGED MY CC AND NEVER SENT THE COFFEE.... WalMart credited my account and advised me they are in the process of having this vendor removed from their site- DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPIMO!!!!!
What can I add that hasn't already been said. I will certainly keep an eye out on future orders and avoid SHOPIMO like the plague.
This company does fraudulent practices. The item I ordered was stated in stock and I would receive the following week. I was provided a tracking number which gave no shipping details or arrival. I contacted the company on 9/14/23 as my package was supposed to arrive 9/12/23 only to be told my package would be shipped on 10/10/23 and would arrive 10/16/23 a month later. The company refused to cancel and i had to make several calls to Walmart to get a refund scheduled which I should receive in a few days. I guess if no refund is issue I will then have to contact Paypal. I strongly advise not using this seller and hope they are removed from Walmart's 3rd part sellers.

I ordered dog food on july 21 2023. it is august 28th now and still nothing. i contacted them three times and they tell me they have no updates. it’s fucking ridiculous.
After having the same issues as all these other people have reported, I called Walmart and personally told them they need to suspend any connections with this ripoff company, currently calling themselves SHOPIMO. Maybe a new name tomorrow. Why on earth Walmart would continue to be associated with such thieves and liars is beyond me. I cannot end well for them. My rating is zero but i put one so it would register.
This is a horrible thieving scum bag company. They should not be allowed to do business In the USA. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with them

Absolutely terrible.shipping takes months,then they send you something different then what you ordered intentionally. Be aware of these third party cons through Walmart.
I thought I was ordering from Walmart and the items would arrive in a timely fashion. Nope. It goes to this crap company, SHOPIMO and they are absolutely the worst. DON'T BUY ANYTHING EVER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Don't waste your time and effort with SHOPIMO! Go to Walmart customer service and talk with a real person to get a refund as SHOPIMO is a lost cause and will not send your item or give you a refund.
Walmart should NEVER allow them to market their items through them. Why would Walmart use such an incompetent company such as SHOPIMO to ruin their customer service reputation? They should be banned from selling anything to anyone! It takes them 3 weeks to wake up from their naps to take something to UPS

This place is IMPOSSIBLE! My order is THREE WEEKS late. I contacted them a week ago to cancel my order and was told they couldn't cancel it because it was "in their system". The order has had a "shipping label created" for three weeks, and hasn't moved off the shelf, but they won't cancel my order. Take my order out of the system and give me a refund! If SHOPIMO sells through Walmart then Walmart should address this problem.

Shame on Walmart for allowing this incompetent (or worse) company to sell from their WEB site. After receiving nonsense emails from Shopimo about my item not shipping for two weeks, I called Walmart customer service. Automated system told me I could not cancel this order (even though it had not shipped yet). Called back. After giving the automated system non sensical verbal answers and hitting "0" a lot, I finally reached a live person. She said should could refund my money, but could not cancel the order. If I do receive the item that I ordered from Shopimo, I can keep it she said. I assumed that Walmart was policing the third party sellers on their WEB site. I was wrong. Will think twice before I order from Walmart again. 7/7/2023.
Ordered a product through Walmart. Was stated that it was available for shipment and would receive within 7-10 day. After more than 30 days I was able to cancel with Amazon. This 3rd party should be removed from Walmart
Their delivery times should legit get them banned from selling on any platform. Why wait almost a month to receive something when there are other sellers that can guarantee their product on time and not wait on any type of refund from them. #boycottshopimo
Exact same issues as everyone else here. Ordered product 4/3/2023, extremely long delivery date, never arrived, asked to cancel but was informed I needed to wait for mailing label (which never arrived), continued emailing request for refund, continued to be told I would receive refund but never did. Called WalMart 6/20/2023 and they took care of it; refunded immediately. What a horrible company SHOPIMO is!!!!!
