Placed an order and after 23 days I still have not seen my order or heard from this company. I will not use them ever again...

Ordered an 8,000 btu Frigidaire air conditioner through what I thought was Walmart. Shortly after I realized I had accidentally purchased from a third party, because our air conditioner didn’t arrive in a timely matter like the rest of our order. Fast forward nearly three weeks. Our air conditioner showed up. It clearly stated on the side 6,000 BTU. I contacted shopimo who wanted me to keep the one they sent and offered to refund 10% of the price paid. The price difference between the 6,000 and 8,000 was near 30%. Took the item to Walmart for a refund, now waiting for them to ship it back to shopimo for a full refund. They estimate at least two weeks. So I’ve had near $400 tied up for three weeks already and at least another two weeks. I’m not happy with shopimo or Walmart at this point to say the least. Lesson learned. I’ll go to Lowe’s next time. Negative stars if I could.
I ordered Turbo Tax 2020 Deluxe. $49.85 + $4.99 delivery + $2.99 tax = $57.83. I received the package in a timely fashion. However, the box had an empty folder labeled "turbotax" with an "empty box" yellow sticker. There was no CD or download code. The phone number on the delivery box went to a series of special promotions - no customer service. I currently have no Turbotax program and no way to contact the responsible person. The Walmart website said, "Sold & Shipped by SHOPIMO". If one star is the lowest rating, then I give the service a one star.
This SHOPIMO marketplace is horrible . I have ordered the same item 3 times and have received three confirmations that it has shipped and yet not one has been delivered. Neither FedEx nor the Postal Service ever received the item. They don’t even deserve a one star rating
This has to be the worst seller ever. I have yet to receive my order and no response about my order either. From the past responses I can see clearly that this seller shouldn’t be selling anything to customers
I ORDERED A PAN FROM WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WALMART. IT ARRIVED IN A WHIMPY BOX CRUSHED. PAN HAD SCRATCHES ON THE INSIDE AND ON THE BOTTOM. OBVIOUSLY USED. OF COURSE UPON FURTHER REVIEW I REALIZED THIS WAS NOT FROM WALMART AT ALL BUT FROM SHOPIMO.
BE SURE AND CHECK SELLER, NOT JUST SHIPPER (WHICH WAS WALMART). DIFFICULT TO THEN CONTACT SHOPIMO. ZERO STARS!

Horrible company. On 7/26/2020, I ordered McCormick® Culinary™ Zesty Lemon Pepper Seasoning 18.5 oz. Shaker from them. They sent notification that the item had shipped on 7/27 with delivery expected 8/3 and provided a Fed Ex tracking number 395168844546 . The item did not arrived on 8/3, so, I checked the tracking. A label had been created, but the item was never dropped off for shipping. I reached out to the seller through Walmart.com on 8/5 and received an email stating "Your Message was sent to SHOPIMO, Ref ID: DCF6A6A2E6ED469083BE30E996029507" and that I should hear from them within 48 hours. No response. I called Shopimo on 8/10 at the number provided 678-691-3687. The phone rang and rang and then disconnected. No voice mail. So, I worked through Walmart.com to have the order cancelled and my credit card reimbursed. I can understand a package lost in shipment. I cannot forgive a package that was never shipped coupled with the absence of any response to my inquiry. BUYERS BE WARE!
Bought package of 4 tubes of toothpaste all of them were opened!!!!
