I ordered leather dye, I got suede and rough out dye.
Placed an order for Kiwi Shoe Stretch Spray, originally I purchased a 3-pack for $19.99 (each 7 oz. can sells for $8.29) online. Two weeks later I received 1 can in the mail from them. I looked at the order and it somehow was changed to 1 can for $19.99. That's clearly not what I ordered and what 1 can costs. Upon calling Mr.Shoe Care several times over the course of a few days all I got was muzak and a message to leave a message and my name and number and someone would get back to me. No one ever answers their phone or returns their calls....
