This order was promised on Feb 9. On Feb 15 it was "in transit" but tracking number for USPS showed not yet sent. I contacted the seller on Feb 15 and there was no response. On Feb 19th I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to try and cancel the order, but Walmart customer service is horrible. STAY AWAY. I won't order anything else form Walmart again unless it is in store pickup!

I ALSO paid for but never received Tragacanth gum. I have made several requests for a status update, but haven't received a response. Unfortunately, I didn't see the experiences written below prior to ordering. :( Would not recommend!

Ordered leather dye. They sent the wrong color. Tried to contact through Walmart. Supposed to contact me within 48 hrs. No response after 4 days. Beware of this seller.

I also ordered and paid for a product that was never received. They labeled it "shipped" and it was never really shipped. Contacted them several times with no response. Thankfully, Walmart refunded my money.

WARNING! I also had them take my money, and never ship the leather dye. They ignore all my communications and Walmart was no help. Please do not buy from them!!!

I ordered & paid for shoe/leather dye from this company & never received it. I have requested communication 4 times with this company & Walmart but never heard a word. Order #3982078-075206 They take your money & but never deliver. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
