I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and its still hasn't shipped.
It was guaranteed by today, the 23rd.
Now I'm not upset that its late. I'm upset that it was a guarantee and it even hasn't shipped yet!
I'm getting my money back and some.
I would give negative stars but that option doesn't exist
