This company never shipped my order and the Fedex tracking number was fake.

Worst seller ever. No delivery, fake tracking ID, does not answer any messages. Can’t be reached by phone. No possible chance to cancel the order - this company must be a fake. Buyer beware !!! 0 Star are not possible sadly

Same as everyone else. I ordered a generator through SerLac LLC and got an email stating it was "Delayed" yet they charged my credit card anyways. Its been a month and no update and no way to contact them. The company is a scam.

Do not order from this company. For weeks my order was “delayed” I contacted several times and never got an answer. Will never buy again.

This is the most crap company I’ve ever felt with!!! DO NOT USE!!! No communication at all when I received a “ delayed” delivery notice!! I have never received the product!! SCAM SELLER!!!!! BEWARE!!! I’d put minus stars or zero if I could!!!

Scam company. Walmart removed from seller. Plan on sending them a box of glitter with the return label I got

Really wish I found this site sooner. Same issue as everybody else. Delayed shipment, fake tracking number, item never received.

I don’t even want to give them one star! Ordered a stroller and car seat . No tracking, no response from them , no product! This is a sham! Luckily I can get my money back from Walmart. Walmart needs to remove them from thei market place!!

Tried to order something with them. Gave me a fake FedEx number. Sent an email saying that the delivery was delayed. Trying to contact them went unanswered. Finally got a hold of Walmart and they're processing my refund.

Paid for a pressure canner, never got it. SerLac LLC claimed it had shipped and gave me a phony tracking number for FedEx. Yes, they make up phony tracking numbers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TAKE YOUR ORDER AND DO NOT DELIVER, WALMART HAS THEM ON THEIR SITE AS THIRD PARTY.

Ordered a printer. Gave a fake FedEx tracking number and they never shipped it. Definitely fraud.

Ordered a crockpot on the 19th of February and still haven't received my ordered. I got a fake tracking number as well. Contacting Walmart tomorrow.

Ordered on Feb 20 said shipped with fake tracking I called Walmart Rep said they are a real company I told her info I found and she needs to tell higher up and remove them they are still. On their site

This company didn’t respond to non delivery, had to contact cc for a refund. If I see this name again I will avoid.

Yep, same thing here. Got a fake FedEx tracking number, had to get a Walmart refund. Same as everyone else
