I ordered a 4K camera and when the package arrived, it was a KITCHEN SPONGE

Wallmart is shamed for having this company on their site.

Ordered 7 months ago and I still have not received my product. SELLCLUB blames UPS. UPS says they never received the product. I have asked for a refund but none has been issued. Walmart should be ashamed of letting this company use them and besmirch their reputation.

I purchased what was supposed to be a bluetooth pkug and playmicrophone for my android. This product was advertised as plug and play however, it won't link to my device and a prompt comes up stating that an app is needed to use this product BUT I haven't been able to find the app needed. This product was NOT as advertised! I can't even use it.

Bought a tv entertainment center in Dec 2021. Was going to put it in a new addition in my home. The construction ran long and was just recently completed. My entertainment center was still in the box unopened. Then I saw the same products price had been slashed by almost 50%. Contacted Sell Club and asked them to refund the difference. They stated they had a 30 day return policy and that the price cut would not be refunded. My efforts to either return item or be refunded the difference is now being taken up by Walmart. Why they allow these crooks to sell under their brand, I don’t know.

I regret so much when it comes to Walmart and sellclub. I’m constantly having to call as no one is following up. I ordered to different 3 drawer dresser/nightstand they both are damaged but decided to keep the first one as it was put together by their other third party service Handy. The other dresser had duplicate parts which meant Handy couldn’t put it together. When I call Walmart they say Sellclub did email me I have no emails from them I even checked spam. I really wish I would’ve listened to the reviews I saw and not have ordered these. Damaged and missing parts and I’m getting the run around.

I ordered a 16 piece bathroom set, but the order was not complete. The shower curtain or hooks were not included. I have made several attempts to reach them through Walmart.com and to date, no one has answered my request, nor have I received my merchandise.

Deveceptive ads. What I received does not match what Walmart's correspondence says I ordered. SELLCLUB says I ordered 1, but Walmart says I ordered a 4 pack. I would mark zero stars if that was an option.

I ordered a 14''-27'' Expandable Under Sink Rack , Cupboard Rack Cabinet Rack Storage Cupboard Shelf,Multifunctional Home Organizer for Kitchen | Bedroom | Living Room, was not worth the money I paid, emailed walmart, they said i should here from SELLCLUB within 48 hours, that was a joke, I haven't heard anything from them and will never buy from them again. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would. SOOOOO Disappointed.

I JUST ORDER A 29 INCH ELECTRIC BABY MANUAL SWING CHAIR WITH HANGING TOYS.WHEN UPS DROP OFF BOX IT WAS DAMAGE REALLY BAD, ALL THE ITEMS WAS NOT IN THE BOX, AND THE ITEM DID NOT WORK

Ordered a balance bike from them through Walmart. They took my money and sent me a balance bike that’s missing a handle bar! Was for my sons present and he can not use it. Walmart messaged them as did I and no response. I’m disappointed but more importantly my four year old son is. We do not recommend them at all!

Terrible shipping ,purchased some printing paper and it took almost a month for delivery .

Walmart please end services with SELLCLUB.

Brought a bathroom shelving. Parts was missing. Took it back to Walmart. Was told it’s a third party item and go to Walmart.com App. Is useless For returns. Not ever buy another not Walmart again.

Terrible Return policy. Ordered 2 items and Walmart's web site shows products returnable to store. Went to store and was advised I would need to initiate return. Was told seller would provide a pre-paid shipping label. Contacted sellclub and after a few back and forth emails, I was offered a less than 1/3 credit for merchandise and I could keep or bare the burden of self shipping expense. I personally make weekly purchases and will never again purchase ANY ITEMS shipping from Sellclub. Disappointed with their actions.

I recently purchased(ordered) a flame torch through WalMart. I received the order today and the box was severely crushed but I don't know if there is damage until I put everything together and there are no assembly instructions enclosed. Could you make those instructions available to me? Thanks!
