Bought ps5 from Walmart not realizing was coming from this piece of shit company it worked for a month and half just long enough for it not to be returnable and now gets absolutely not power to it great company! Stop scamming people assholes

This company is one of the biggest scam companies I have ever done business. I wanted to buy Rokus on Walmart. They had the best bargain for them. I asked them what year rokus they were and was told 2022. I ordered and received them. One was a 2022 and two were 2021 models. I contacted them about the 2021 models and I was told that they only carries 2022 model rokus and I must have bought the 2021 models from them a year ago. I said I just ordered from them and just received them. That is when the stall tactics started. We need your Wlamart order number. I supplied the order number, the date ordered, the date shipped, the date received and pictures of the manufacture date on the boxes. You guessed it several days later and I asked for an update and was told they were still waiting for the requested onformation. Forwarded them the email with all of the ibformation and then I get a reply. The only problem was the reply email was blank with no information. Contacted agian and no reply. So I sent a message referring to them as con and scam artist. They replied saying they were not scam artist or scammers and it was just a mistake. I then replied if you are admitting it was a mistake, why did you not try and correct your mistake. Still waiting for a response. Do not deal with this company. Even if you ask questions up front, they will not tell you the truth and you are setting yourself up to be scammed.

I bought a laptop thru Walmart from these idiots and returned it 2 months ago and they can't find it so they got Walmart to recharge me for it. I would not give them 1 star they suck. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BUY ME AND EVERYONE ELSE ON THIS SITE

The Dualsence controller was defective, now normally this isn't a problem but it was to the point where it's unplayable. Guess its what I get for wanting it 10 dollars off. gouge of 60 dollers.

Ordered a Christmas gift and changed my mind 3 weeks later. Now they will not accept my return because it's been 31 days. Item is still brand new in box, sealed, never opened. I expected when I shopped from walmart.com that I would have at least after Christmas to return. Ridiculous. Will never purchase from again.

Ordered XBoxs 'package' made it 15 miles away held and then sent back by Royal. Every attempt for clarification was just a re-read of shipping. Days later a promise that I'll get it from 'another warehouse'. Package set in Orlando for two weeks... Almost a month late. If you're out of stock just say THAT. Not send fake packages or what ever issues that you're having and dont promise what you can not handle!!!!!!!!

What the.... this is absolutely ridiculous that you charged $1,000 for a PS5 which I never have authorization to do so. My son (who is a minor) only placed his name on the waitlist through Walmart got scammed. I've tried to contact the company and no response. Never using online walmart again, did not realize how bad third party really are until now.

I ordered a playstation 5 for 1,069 which is extremely over priced but my son wanted the game so bad since x mas so we paid the price and he was so excited so once ordered he bought some games and once he received the console it was broken and said it was unable to read discs which we tried a few and they were brand new....SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Waiting for refund now.
