Trash scammers

I bought and paid my item more than 1 month ago, never received my item, no contact by phone, email etc. Never go again with Walmart .ca online shopping!!!!!!!!!

ordered a comforter set through Walmart. Cheap crap trying to get ahold of them to return it. Email no answer I phoned they hung up on me. Going through Walmart to get my money back Save yourself the grief DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE Wish I had read these reviews first!!!

i Orders something from this crap store i got the tracking info but ever time i click it doesn't work i order two packages from a Walmart market place and i got a update about them but nothing on this one one so if your reading this Roojer i want my damn money back i have no time for your crap i called your damn number 10 times trying to get through somebody when i called everytime i got voicemail and they dont even let you record for long only for one minute then its says goodbye so let me tell you something if i dont get a update on my fricking pacage 2591969495 i will report you to the police

I ordered a watch from them. On Canada Post shows it’s delivered and I never receive anything yet. Contacted Canada Post as well as Roojer no solution so far. Don’t take any chance

I bought an item tracking device (think Tile but cheaper) and when it arrived it wouldn't even turn on so I couldn't set it up. I contacted support that same day asking to return it and it ended up in a back and forth conversation with them trying to convince me to exchange it for another product in the store, anything to avoid giving me my money back. It may seem like a great deal for the price but between the defective products and hassle of dealing directly with the company, it isn't worth it. I ended up dropping $40 to get the actual-brand Tile instead and I have no regrets.

I bought a metal towel bar from this marketplace seller on Walmart.com. The towel bar arrived in a box with no shipping protection by USPS damaged. When I contacted the seller, they did NOT respond within 1 business day. When they finally responded, they asked for proof which was provided immediately. The seller response is that I should try to re-shape the metal bar myself and they could comp me $6 for the trouble. That is in direct violation of their own return policy which states that items are in excellent condition, and if they arrive not in this condition then they will be returned if within 15 days. This was the DAY it was received that I initially contacted them. Not only is the item sub-par, the customer service seems even worse to me.

Why does Walmart.com not allow me to rate this seller directly on the order or marketplace website? I had to search for this website to explain this situation.

I purchased a 3.5HP Outboard Motor Boat Engine Updated With Stroke Water Cooled System SMT and it arrived promptly. It sat in the box for roughly a month. I used the product a total of three times. During the third use, the propeller and intake components fell off rendering me stranded.

I wrote to the company and their response was that they cannot resell the item therefore they cannot issue an exchange/return. Additionally, they said it was out of warranty. In my opinion, this is not a warranty issue. However, it is a defective product issue. This company does not stand behind their work and/or products.

Needless to say, I am not pleased with my experience with their customer service and their product.
