Bought 65.00 Reebok sneakers and they sent wrong size. Cannot get a hold of anyone at customer service. They never call back. I have left many messages and emails. Still trying to get a refund one month later. Buyer beware do not order from this company.
Says my package was delivered but it wasn’t!! Even though it was just a cheap $54 pair of sneakers it was for my 13 yr old daughters bday so super annoying. I have a ring doorbell and no one delivered anything.
They never sent my order but said they did!!! Don’t ever buy from this company
They don’t even deserve the one star! I ordered a size 8 1/2 and they sent me a size 6! Hoping I don’t have the same problems as the person above did with getting my refund.
Do not order from this company!! They are a marketplace Walmart seller and will jerk you around about giving you your refund even a week after they have received the item back. They will tell you the refund is suppose to come from Walmart, but it's NOT!!!! As a marketplace seller THEY are to issue the refund. I reported them to Walmart and hopefully they won't be able to sell on Walmart.com much longer.
Very poor customer service. Impossible to contact. No one answers the phone and no one returns phone calls or emails. My shoes are the wrong size. I wanted to exchange or return to no avail. This is my first and last time I will ever order from this company.
