Radar Toys and Collectibles

I purchased a piece of dollhouse furniture from Radar Toys on my Walmart App. It was not what I expected, so I tried to return it to Walmart and was told to contact them directly. I emailed their customer service and was told I could not return it through them and needed to go through Walmart. I drove back to Walmart and was told that Radar Toys chooses to deal with returns themselves. I explained that a representative from Radar Toys told me I couldn’t return it through them. They said they didn’t understand why I was told that. Anyway, after multiple emails and trips to Walmart, I was told I was supposed to return the item within 30 days. I emailed them twice after that to ask them to please make an exception, due to the misinformation and they have ignored my messages. I find this rude and unprofessional and do not recommend them.
