P&W Gifts LLC

I have yet to receive the refund promised on an item I ordered in early November. I did receive a confirmation and tracking number for it but it never arrived. I asked for a replacement and P&W Gifts said it was out of stock and that I would be receiving a refund. That's the last I've heard about it. They took my money but failed to return it. In my books, that's called stealing. I've tried contacting them but so far no one has reached out to make this right.

I ordered an item the first part of November, received a UPS tracking number but the item was never received. I contacted Wal Mart where the order was placed and they in turn contacted P&W Gifts for a replacement or refund. P&W Gifts apologized, saying the item was out of stock and a refund would be made. So far, I've seen nothing. Except I think the set of bar glasses I ordered is still up for sale on their website. Never again from this company.

This seller, P&W Gifts, LLC should no longer be allowed to sell ANYTHING! They do not deserve ANY STARS!

On Saturday, September 26, at 11:04 pm, I placed an order for two black candelabra/candle holders (on the Walmart.com website) ... and they NEVER sent them!

This is November 22nd, and the company knew long long ago, they did not have the items in stock.

The really bad thing is, they STILL have NOT refunded the funds back to my account!! No items were shipped, and they KEPT the money!

They sent me an email stating the items were not in stock, and they also stated, I have been refunded the amount! Which was a complete LIE!!

If you see the company/seller name P&W Gifts, LLC while shopping online, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! You'll be scammed!
