Bought a beach cruiser for almost $300. Said It was delivered to my mailbox. It wasn’t. I contacted Walmart. They told me to wait 2 days. I waited. On day 2 I received a 10 pack of masks. Walmart really made my waste my time and printer ink to return the masks! They told me if I didn’t I’d be charged again. I told them to remove this seller. They obviously haven’t.

Bought a 10 “ gel memory foam mattress from this seller for over $220.00 and all they set was a $3.00 package of disposable masks. Very poor seller and will be filing for a refund through Walmart on this matter. This company are scam artists don’t buy from them. If I could give them negative ratings I would.

Ordered a beach cruiser and a package of masks showed up today. Tracking that the company gave was for this package of masks and they charged our card over $200! Walmart was even in contact with us to get in contact with the company regarding tracking. How is walmart able to get away with this??

Ordered a mattress, was told it was lost in transit, received a refund. Suddenly it said item was delivered in or at mailbox, I look, and it’s a pack of masks. I have contacted this seller numerous times and have not heard back from them, I have contacted Walmart and was told they can do nothing. Then the real kicker…… 3 days after this supposed mattress was delivered, they took it upon them selves to charge my card $237.45 AGAIN!!!! These people are scammers and fucking tools.

This company (PSG Innovation) along with Walmart is a scam. Why does Walmart even allow “3rd party” sellers on their website? I ordered a nursery set that matched on Walmart.com about a month ago. Everything had shown up except for the changing table. Finally it arrived but I couldn’t find the box anywhere. Well that’s because I didn’t receive a changing table, I received 2 10 packs of disposable face masks. To say I’m upset is an understatement. How is this item “only available at Walmart” if a 3rd party is selling it. Why doesn’t Walmart list who the seller is if it’s not them? Now the changing table that matches my set isn’t available anywhere. It’s absolutely disgusting that Walmart wouldn’t even vet the companies they work with. I’m so upset that I’m shaking and want to vomit.

We bought a 700$ TV from WALMART.COM and some 3rd or 4th party from WM sent us facemasks instead!!! We have tried contacting walmart and they said there's nothing they can do since it's through the 3rd selling party. This is wrong on all sides but especially walmart. Why allow other sellers on your website that are scam artists!!!! Save your time and buy directly from a walmart store. Actually don't buy from walmart. If I could I'd give them -100 stars.

Ordered two beach cruiser bikes from Walmart and this shipping company sent us two packets of masks. The bikes were well over $200 a piece. This is a scam company ripping Walmart off or they are stealing the merchandise and sending you masks. Complete SCAM artist!!!!!

Ordered a 270 dollar blackstone grill and got a 10 pack of facemasks from PSG Innovations. Huge scam. Called Walmart.com and they told me nobody had disputed it before. Crazy!

Order a paw patrol police 6 volt car for 138 plus 120 shipping for freight got a pack of mask

I ordered a cooler, and was sent face masks. Walmart needs to stop allowing this company to “sell” for them.

Bu yer Beware! Ordered 4 folding chairs, great scam. I received USPS tracking # from Walmart via 3rd party seller Naked Pancake LLC. I Received package of masks with same tracking # from PSG Innovation. Reported it and requested refund from Walmart and disputed with Amex. Should be no stars!

I ordered a $200 mattress & 10 masks. I will NEVER order from Walmart again. This is the second item within the same order where I have been sent something totally different from what I have ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is why I will permanently be shopping elsewhere. Walmart is ghetto, unorganized & even dealing with customer service is a pure nightmare. In store & online shopping with them is a complete waste of time as well as money.
