I ordered a replacement Ninja 900 extractor blade replacement. The blade seized after just 3 months with high heat and smoke. I emailed the Walmart full refund department and received an email from Proster US Inc. that was utterly ridiculous. A representative by the name of Wing said, "Thanks for your information. Your email made me concerned. Could you pls kindly try to reinstall it? Does it work? Wait for your reply." Smoke and high heat didn't register I guess. I don't usually take the time to write poor reviews, but I am hoping to save someone else the time and effort by providing a zero rating for products and service from this company. And maybe Walmart representatives will also stop using them for distribution of poor quality products.
I ordered an HDMI splitter and it doesn't work. I plugged in both the HDMI and the USB and nothing happened. Now I am trying to return it and don't know where to get the information.
I ordered two GPS trackers from the Walmart website. When they were received they were not the items that I needed. There were no return labels or instructions. I attempted to return them to a local walmart but they referred me to the company. I attempted to call Proster US Inc twice but no one answered the phone. I also sent an email but have not received a response. I would thus far give this company a zero rating.
