I would give Prinicity a poor rating. The 1 star would be for the efforts at being polite of the person who FINALLY called me back the same day I left a message. I placed an order for 2 childrens games that totalled over $100.00. I was sent 2- $12,00 cheap games with NO explanation. After phone calls, referrals from Walmart, and emails from Prinicity telling me "they were sorry the item did not come out as expected" as if I ever got what I ordered! Then they tell me after I return the current item I will still get the same item as the first one they sent me. I don't want anymore $12.00 children's games. Walmart customer service told me I did not have to return the unrequested cheap games but no one has offered to refund any of my money. I will never do business with Walmart again and will discourage anyone I know from doing business with them. It's taken over a month to get this far.
I wanted to purchase an item from them, Creative kit, was told that because of Cvid that they are having supply disruptions, but they are still making the items available and increasing the price after cancelling your order. I thought an email explaining that it will take linger to ship the item would have been a smarter move. If your seeing this don't buy from them Plz.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Completely disorganized company! I ordered cleaner a month ago. Got a call from them that my package was damaged in transit. No big deal, things happen, they said they would send a replacement. I finally received my replacement on Monday. Except instead of the 4 gallons of cleaner I ordered, I received what looked like over 100 bottles of facial cleaner. When I called them to try and rectify the situation once again, they told me all they could do is cancel my order and I would need to get these 100 plus bottles returned to them. No offer to have it picked up, nothing. Not until o called Walmart to complain. Then they called to schedule a pickup. But now can’t tell me when they will issue my refund. They will “have to get back to me on that”. If you want a seamless transaction, pass on these sellers! What a joke.
