I ordered locks through Walmart and when I needed to return the items, Walmart turned me away and said I had to contact P P Materials. Walmart did "forward" an email to P P Materials and assured me someone would contact me in 24 hours. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I received no contact of any kind, and of course, not no longer expect one. I spent $69.99 and was unable to recover it. I have learned my lesson and when I need to purchase another such product, I will go to Lowe's or Ace Hardware. Its apparent to me that Walmart and P P Materials are interested only in profit margins. I will not order products in this way again. Its better to pay a little more and be treated as a customer should be treated.
