I ordered a drone, SJ-RC F11s. I received a SJ-RC F11. The "S" make a big difference. The F11s is a newer model with a much longer distance capability along with a newer controller. I'm sure they intended to send the F11 instead of the F11S because perhaps many buyers may not notice. And if they did, do they want to deal with another 2 month delay? I contacted Poetic Sentiment and they said send them photos and they would see what the owners say. I'm not playing that game. I immediately started a return through Walmart. I've just been notified that my card will be credited. Thank you Walmart.
This company is ridiculous. Sent the wrong item and wiil not ship the correct item ordered. Tried 4 times. We received a drill bit adapter to start small gas engines but we ordered a electric scrubbing brush for tile a d tubs. 2 totally different items by a long shot
