I purchased a treadmill through Walmart through them Murdocol the manufacturer has no product information telephone number nothing and no way to order a part or technical support PNE has a mailbox that’s not set up doesn’t return messages and all I’m looking for is technical support and help for the product don’t by any means purchase anything through Walmart that has to do with this company

These guys are Chinese rip off artists. I ordered a phone battery from them. They said it was an OEM battery. Cheap China immitation. Don't bother! Operating out of Beverly Hills.

Do not purchase from this company. I bought a treadmill and after three months it just stopped working. I contacted the email (dead give away there is no phone number go contact this seller) and was told to send the invoice number along with a video of what is wrong with the product. I sent everything they asked me for and got no response for the past month. I'm done shopping via Walmart third party sellers. I'm out $400.00. I will be reporting them the the BBB. I had to give one start in order to post this but I would give them a -10.

Horrible company, Walmart should stand by any product that they put on their website and sell. But they don't! I spend almost $1,000 and I cannot get a return phone call on products that have 3-year warranties.

Ordered a powerwheels like 4wheeler for xmas. Daughter used 2x and wont work anymore.

My Husband purchase a mini car for our 2 year old daughter for Christmas. She was able to drive it maybe twice before it completely stopped working. According to other reviews this happened to many other people. I believe this company is a scam. I reached out to them several times and have not heard back. I will be disputing the charges with my bank as this is unfair to sell a product that you know is not up to par and then provide no customer service or assistance with return or fixing it. My advice do not buy anything from this company.

Do not buy from this company , period, they don’t care about their customers, they send you junk, no need to contact Walmart either, all these dealers shift the blame on each other

Walmart should drop this seller because of their horrible customer service and lack of communication and unreliability in shipping packages in a timely manner. I sent several messages through walmart to get shipping information updates AFTER my package never arrived on the delivery date and still got no help from walmart or reply from PNE Distribution. Save yourself the aggravation and get what you want somewhere else. As consumers we should send a message by giving support to companies that value the customer and do exactly as they promise and stop using companies like this one who are out of touch with good customer service and doing as they say they will. I only wish I could give them 0 stars.

I received the wrong package from your company on Sunday January 31, 2021. I would like my money back on the product that I ordered or I would like my product. I received a package containing table legs. I have absolutely no use for this item. I ordered a vibration exercise plate. I have contacted walmart.com, but they can't seem to get in touch with your customer service department. That can't be good for business. I give 0 stars

horrible company to order from i warn you do not order from them i had some missing screws and tried getting them they never answered i ordered it through Walmart.com and they also tried calling and emailing them and no response and I tried to return it and the sellers which is this company wouldn't let them... I told Walmart.com they need to take them off there sellers list.

Purchased a vehicle and it was missing a part on the steering wheel so you could turn the steering wheel and when I spoke with them they said they cannot ship the missing part

I will never buy from them again. I ordered on Dec 4. It has not arrived. You cannot talk to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I REALLY BELIEVE ITS A SCAM!! SMH!

Paid almost $300 for a Lamborghini and recieved an empty box with some trash plastic inside.

Terrible. Ordered a massage chair two weeks ago saying that it was in stock but nothing. Called several times and messaged. No answer and no response. Clearly a two bit drop shipping company who can care less about customer service.

Nightmare company ... ships from China customer service is garbage and Walmart is as much to blame for aligning with this train wreck of a company as they are .. if you buy from them .. just accept that you made a donation ...

I purchase a Uenjoy ride on from this company Dec 7th said it would be delivered by Dec 18th. It has not arrived. The tracking number says a tag has been made by that's it. I will never forget from them again.

HORRIBLE. We received the car we ordered for our daughter with a missing windshield and a battery that was dead. NO LUCK contacting the seller for over a week and Walmart was not helpful either. Will never order from here again.
