Seller claims to be in the U.S. So then, why do the packages have to go through customs? Obviously not an American seller. Their address on the WM site is a lie.
Absolute garbage and COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! Ordered a household item, took two months to say “delivered”, never received the product I ordered and a completely unhelpful customer service wouldn’t refund me.

I ordered 50' evergreen tinsel rope. The item was overpriced for what it turned out to be. It arrived very late and came in multiple pieces (none of which was 50' long). Walmart did reach out to the seller for me, but was informed that since it was already shipped I could not cancel. I have had good luck with many purchases from Walmart, but I will never buy anything from this seller again!
They do not state if shipping is free. They do say " order total"
But they do not specify shipping costs is zero $. It makes me fearful.
