These poor rating do not surprise me one bit. I just wish I had read them before ordering from this company. I placed my order 3 weeks ago. On December 1st I received notification that my package had been shipped and my credit card was charged. After a couple days I went to FedEx tracking and discovered that a label had been created but they were still waiting on item. I waited for another week but nothing changed. Now it has been a full two weeks since I was told my order had shipped. I decided it was time to contact the company. This is the response I received. I was shocked and appalled. I just can't believe any company would allow their customer service to send such a pathetic and unprofessional response. Buyer beware!

Hello friend, Item was picked up by carrier, now it is located theire warehourse, because they are shortage of workers, so many packages would be delayed for delivering. for this situation, we could not cancel order,because we could not recall package from them. But please don't worry, if you bought this item as Chritmas gift but it didn't delivery on time. please reject accept item and email us ask for a full refund. I also agree with this earlier review. The company was not willing to let me return my umbrella. Sizing of pole diameter was incorrectly given so the umbrella did not fit in my table. I did give them two stars however because they sent me another umbrella NOT the color I ordered and refunded me $10. Not knowing that Patio Direct is same company as Sundale I now have two umbrellas that are the wrong size for my tables with no response through Walmart for a refund and return.

This company does not respond to email requests from Walmart or directly. They're customer service is non existent. Took 2 weeks to get item ordered and was delivered broken in 3 pieces. No response after 2 more weeks of repeated requests for refund. Buyer Beware! Would give Zero stars if it would submit it.
