Same as all other bad reviews. Placed my order , was given shipping date. Had to cancel order after Overdealz AND Walmart altered delivery date. Was simultaneously advised that order had been shipped which it hadn't . Was told that because order had shipped I could not cancel for refund and advised that the shipping date had been extended !!!.Website access to track order was blocked. Received notice from Walmart that the order had finally been cancelled but Overdealz was still attempting to ship order which actually arrived 15 days later than the 4 day promise. I refused to accept delivery and have contacted my bank to refuse payment. Poor poor service from both providers

I'd rate them a zero if I could. Bought an item on Walmart's website. It showed a picture of the exact part i needed. Part that came was completely different. OverDealz told me where to return the item, which I did, and it's now been 6 weeks with no refund. They aren't even responding to my inquiries at all. Total cost to me is $72. Walmart Cust Service was also a complete failure. I've had about a dozen promises from Walmart to make it right. But every promise is from a new person, and every one looks exactly like all the previous messages. I should have read the reviews on OverDealz before I put trust in Walmart's website. If it was 10 or $20, the loss would have been easier to take. But a $72 hit is very tough to swallow. In short, I received an incorrect item, then returned it, and havent seen any legit attempt from Customer Service from either OverDealz or Walmart. I guess what it comes down to is that Walmart really couldn't care less about screwing over customers. Losing the odd customer to them is completely insignificant in the big picture. This certainly seems pretty evident by what happened to me. DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase from OverDealz, as there appears to be no recourse when THEY screw up. And don't expect Walmart to make it right. Wish I had seen OverDealz's 1 out of 5 score on Reviews prior to my buying.

I ordered a 20 oz bottle of Cook Top cleaning cream for smooth top ranges for $24.45 thru Walmart and received a 12 oz bottle of Frigidaire cooktop cleaner that sells on Walmarts website for $8.70. Will be returning to Walmart tomorrow.

I received incomplete order on item ordered with Walmart, a kit of shipping bolt that was suppose to have four shipping bolts. I only received one bolt. Due to this act of vendor my moving of household item is delayed. Recommend to avoid ordering with Overdealz thru Walmart.

I ordered refrigerator filter from Walmart. Never had any problems before. But this OverDealz shipper isn't good! It's been a month. Gave delivery date then changed to DELAYED! Still Waiting...

I ordered a coil brush via Walmart.com and Overdealz is the seller. Way past the due date and no sign of the product. Have no hope of receiving it after reading these reviews. Avoid Overdealz and WHY DOES WALMART.COM CONTINUE TO OFFER THEIR PRODUCTS???? Not reputable company.

Ordered part through Walmart. This company claimed part was on the way, gave a delivery date but it was never sent. Never a notification over the two weeks I waited for it to arrive. Walmart finally admitted that it wasn't sent and returned my money. Stay away and tell everyone you know not to do business with this company. I will not order through Walmart again because they associate themselves with this company.

I placed an order for a gasket on Walmart.com that I needed ASAP. It was twice as expensive as Amazon, but the website told me it would take 3 days for delivery. As soon as the order was placed, the delivery time jumped to 11 days. I immediately canceled the order. A day and a half later I receive a message that the order has shipped anyways, and never contacted me regarding the cancellation requests. Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not even bother ordering from them. They shipped the wrong part for my oven. After getting an RMA and return label, they confirmed I would get 100% refund. This never happened, they just ignored me. I escalated to Walmart.com who actually refunded me.

Never received item I ordered.

I ordered a replace part for my gas stove and the part was never sent. According to tracking # it was stuck. Initial communication was fine but after they offered to send replacement no contact what so ever. Walmart.com was able to refund my money. Avoid this company at all costs.

I received a package today from a merchant for some parts that I never ordered. When I call the merchant Marchey Distribution, it said that the item was purchased via Walmart.com on Monday Jan 28th. I told the merchant I have not visited the site for months. Marchey gave me the order # and then I used the Walmart.com's chat function to find out what happened. The 1st rep Vim was not helpful, thinking I need a refund or a replacement - even after I repeatedly said I did not order the item and wanted to know who paid for it - or if someone stole my identity in making the purchase. Requested for the manager and gave her the same personal information and she was able to tell me: 1) the last four digits of the card (Mastercard), which is NOT one of my cards, 2) the email contact which I do NOT recognize, and 3) the web seller was OverDealZ. Yes, this one here. Somehow, the thief was able to get my home phone and used it as a contact. The resolution stopped there without any further help from Walmart. This security breach is alarming because the email and card number are not mine and somehow, the purchase was made. I have major concerns about both OverDealz and Walmart.com as neither appear to use multiple authentication. I just have to call all of my bank issuers and other steps. SCARY.

I ordered water filters for my refrigerator. It was suppose to be 3 filters and I only received 1, which was not what was pictured or described on the website. I was charged for the 3. I contacted them about the mistake but never received a response. It's been 4 days now and I'm still waiting on a reply. Will never order them again.
