Purchased a bed set for my boys. All 3 boxes arrived but without ANY screws to put it together! My kids have to sleep on mattresses on the floor until we can somehow resolve this! I’m furiated!!

Received the complete wrong bed after ordering and paid 99 for shipping. ridiculous 0 stars

There were missing barrel nuts in the order for one of the beds, meaning we are unable to even complete the bed at all. This is a horrible company!!!! 0 stars if I could! There's no customer service whatsoever! We had to buy the extra things after paying $280 for this! NEVER BUY FROM ORIEN LIFE!!!!!

Shady business. I bought a bed for $99 through Amazon. Orien Life canceled my order due to not having the bed. I see now the same bed through Amazon for $163. I only give them 1 star because it won't take my review if I don't!

This bed was ordered for my 5 year old back in January as a birthday present. It was supposed to be his first real “big boy” bed after sleeping in his toddler bed for the past few years. He was so excited about his new and I couldn’t wait to set it up. When it arrived it took us a couple of days to get around to opening it. But when we finally did we made a big show of it, only to discover that the bed did not include the hardware we needed to put the bed together! I sent an email to Harper Bright Designs explaining what had happened and asking if it would be possible to have just the hardware shipped to us. They responded back the same day saying that they were sorry and requesting the order info so they could confirm the order and then send us the hardware. That was almost 3 months ago! I have emailed them since with no responses. When I searched them on Google I was able to find a website, but there isn’t any contact info except for the email I’d already found useless so no phone number to call. They basically have ghosted me and I’ve been left with a useless pile of wood. My husband has resorted to going to Home Depots and Lowe’s to try and piece together the parts we need using the instruction manual which includes a list of the hardware we were SUPPOSED to have. This is ridiculous. I’ve never before in my life had to do something like this for a piece of furniture I’ve ordered. It’s ridiculous and disappointing. I’m mostly upset for my little guy who’s been let down. If it was possible to give less than one star I would. DO. NOT. ORDER. THIS. BED!!!!! Well, that is if you actually want a piece of furniture that you can put together anyway instead of just a pile of high quality wood pieces lying around your home.

Zero stars!!! Such a headache with this company! Bough a bed for my kids & was missing hardware! Tried returning but were charging us $250 to return so decided to keep & they did resend the hardware & again was missing the same hardware again!! UGH!!!!

Missing parts to a bunk bed. Can't get in touch with them. ZERO stars.

I'm missing alot of parts . I'm super mad cause I got rid of the other beds. Now my kids are sleeping on the floor. They dont deserve a star .

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Really should have read the reviews before I purchased the piece of garbage bunk bed I received. No quality control first 2 pieces I tried to put together cracked. Noticeably cracked not just little cracks, a split right down the center of the board. I wouldn’t suggest buying anything from this company.

They sent 1 out of 2 boxes. Will not return message and phone number is incomplete

If you have any problems with your order such as charging you 159$ shipping when you call to cancel order the next day they refuse say it already been shipped then want to charge you the 159 shipping plus 5% restocking fee plus another 159 shipping to return for a 200$ bunk bed for a toddler bed th8s company are all crooks horrible company to do business with

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! They sent us damaged parts with no instruction manual. Their staging photos are fake and misleading, and they have no website, no phone number, no email address, or any option for customer service.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Do not order from this company. Do not be tempted by the cute staging photos. You will never see the product in your home. They will not respond to anything. My delivery has been lost for weeks. They won't contact FED EX, they haven't sent a replacement and they haven't issued a refund. They basically stole my money and left my little girl with nothing to sleep on.

my service has been terrible they have not issued my full refund i bought 2 beds and they are scratched no one has reached out to me about my refund
