Ordered a kneeling bench, picture of it shown on walmart.com online. On EM confirmation email th got order and pic with pic of bench, 8 days later rec'd email item in my mailbox, puzzled how could this item fit in mailbox, it was a small pouch not the bench. Finally after 5 tried w/WM I wanted to return it WM said keep it and would issue a credit. Hour later got email from newest saying item delivered , so does this mean no credit of do I play phone game.
Ordered a blade sharpener and it took weeks to get here. Slow boat from China?
It's too bad Walmart gives this company a platform to sell their products. I bought a jacket and wanted to return since it didn't fit and the material was not as advertised. No returns but they offer a discount on my next purchase. That won't be happening. Beware of this seller and maybe Walmart sponsoring them.
Newway Development Corp. is FU! I'll be contacting WalMart and informing I will NOT be doing business with them either in the future.

Newway Devopment Corp. is the worst and I'm disappointed in Walmart conducting business and associating with this supplier. They advertise a white 8 ft. Christmas tree and sent a 5ft. instead that has been shredding. I contacted Walmart, as there is no direct contact with Newway customer service, who responded to my email asking to send pics of the box the Christmas tree came in and then sent another email informing me they will refund me $5. Newway Development Corp. are theives and this company will never prosper. Disappointed customer. My review is less than -1.

WHAT A SHAME AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The welding on my daughters month-old $60 trampoline broke...naturally I reached out for them to correct this manufacturing issue and send a new one... and the response I get is a replacement can't be given, but a refund of $1 can be... my daughter's safety is only worth $1 to this company! She could've gotten really hurt!
