I ordered a 100 count box of Tim Horton’s k cups on 3/17 from Walmart. Didn’t think to look that it was coming from a 3rd party distributor as I’ve always had reliable service from Walmart. Shipping label created 3/17, said shipped, got a tracking number then said delayed. Delivery was supposed to be on 3/26. On 3/29 I messaged them to cancel as I got it elsewhere. No response. Messaged 3/30, no response. Tried to message today again and the message now won’t go through. They have $67 of my money and I can’t get through to Walmart either to get this resolved. I don’t know why Walmart associates themselves with these thieves.
Order placed 2/27/2020. Have questioned Walmart several times and they said this distributor will contact me in in one day. Have never heard back from them or received merchandise.
Unethical distributor, I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. They ended up shipping me a used and damaged NETGEAR AC4000 Tri Band Nighthawk X6S WiFi Router. Hopefully I can return it and recoup some of my loss!
I paid $127.00 for a new Netgear Extender. The piece of shit they sent me was used, and registered in some one else's name. Was not even shipped in factory box. I called Netgear up, and they told me to send it back, don't mess with it. This Old Day Dist. Co. Cause the stuff sure is not NEW, look at the reviews. No one likes them. They are screwing Walmart to no end.. Shame we can not leave a 0 star, they don't deserve a one star. Shipping was slow as hell. Most Walmart items are delivered in 2 days, these ass-clowns took 2 weeks to deliver. Like everyone reviewed so far, this company sucks !!!
Purchased what I thought was a new Nighthawk Router via Walmart. They use New Day Distributors to provide the service. They sent me a refurbished unit that was registered with Netgear to someone else. Router has since died. New Day Distributors has a 30 day return policy and refuse to help me. Shame on Walmart for not using reputable sellers in their Marketplace system. Their reseller sources used products, refurbishes them and sells them as new. A complaint should be filed with the Consumer Fraud Division of the Attorney Genera's office. Walmart needs to pay attention and "fire" New Day as a reseller. They are giving Walmart a very bad name. I will never order from Walmart's online system again. Back to Amazon where they have always treated me like a valued customer.
Ordered through Walmart as a new item. After waiting weeks for my item I received a certified refurb.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a Netgear Nighthawk X10 through Walmart.com. I've always considered Walmart a reputable company but I've lost some respect since they apparently deal with third party sellers like this. The unit I received was apparently a returned item and totally defective. Tried to return via our local Walmart store. They couldn't give me a refund but indicated they would handle the return. Three people later they determined that they couldn't produce a return mailing lable. Went to Walmart.com online support. Very pleasant to deal with but after three or four attempts from different people they determined they couldn't produce a return label nor could they contact the seller. After two days of discussions I finally found someone who had the authority to refund my money through Walmart. She indicated that I could do as I pleased with the router since there was no way to return it. Stay away from this seller. I can't be Walmart has continued a relationship with them.
This company is running a scam through Walmart. Not sure if Walmart is involved or simply doesn’t care. They are shipping wrong items or never shipping anything and charging the customer full price or restocking and shipping fees. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Stay away from this distributor!!
Bought a router from new day distributor on the Walmart site. After weeks, I received a bag of ear buds I stead of my $140 router. Fought with the company who refused to
Give me a refund. Then had to fight with Walmart and once Walmart refunded my money they charged me $24 restocking fee and $20 fee to ship the wrong item back. Never did receive the correct item. I am convinced new day distributors is a scam!!
I am very disappointed in my latest experience in ordering a Linksys EA7500 router from walmart.com. This item was sold and shipped by their marketplace provider New Day Distributors. When I purchase a new product online, I expect to receive a new product. Not something that is used or refurbished. This supposedly new product was not in the original manufacturer packaging but instead it was in a plain brown cardboard box with a sticker on it that said for internet packaging shipping. The router was a used or refurbished product. There was no clear plastic from manufacturer covering the top center of the router, there were smudges on top that would not wipe off and the manufacturers yellow tape covering the power cord port had been removed. Even the quick setup manual was not from a new product as there was no Linksys router SSID and password like a new product setup manual has. It was blank. I returned the router listing the problems mentioned above expecting a full refund but they deducted restocking and return shipping from my refund. This is unacceptable. I ordered, trusting a reputable company such as Walmart would have vetted their marketplace providers but apparently they have not as I have now found all of these negative comments with the same or similar problems as I am having. Do not order anything from walmart.com if it will come from New Day Distributors. They don’t deserve a 1.0 rating it should be 0.0 for their deceitful and deceptive practices. I will be following up with Walmart and my credit card company to get my full refund. Please beware and do not order anything from New Day Distributors.

Beware. New Day Distributors is formerly known as "ZeeMo" who are deceptive and shady. I don't know why Walmart allowed them to change their name, they have horrendous reviews. They need to be removed from the Market place permanently.
I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 61 on 01/18. Got a shipping confirmation to arrive on Wed 01/23. No updates occurred through Wednesday 01/23. Then Thursday morning it said it was delayed, but yet my credit card was charged. I contacted Walmart and they said they would contact the seller ZeeMo and they should call me. They didn't. I contacted ZeeMo on Friday 01/25 and left a message. Mark called me back. He said he "shipped it" and would try to find the package, send a new one or give me a full refund. He stated he would call me back in 24-48 hours with the information. I told him I will cancel the order on my credit card if I do not hear within the 48 hour time frame he gave me. Guess what? He never called. So I disputed the charge on my credit card late Sunday morning 01/27. Still no word from Mark or anyone from ZeeMo. Then on Thursday 01/31 I noticed USPS has a tracking number for a package from Brooklyn coming, because I am subscribed to USPS mail online. It required a signature...of course, because I'm sure my credit card company or Walmart contacted them to get their arse in gear and ship my product that I PAID for. It came but was not home to sign for, I picked it up Friday 02/01 at the Post Office. When I brought the package home, there was another box inside, and inside that box was a Garmin Nuvi 61 wrapped in tissue paper. The accessories were also wrapped in tissue paper. No official Garmin box or anything. At least all the items were sealed in original plastic bags as they would be in the original Garmin box. This company ZeeMo is deceptive, does not produce what is promised unless threatened by the credit card companies or Walmart (I still have to figure out who contacted them to get me my product I purchased). They should be removed from the Walmart Marketplace. I will NEVER buy from them again, and will read the reviews a little more carefully next time. I still have all contact information, times and reference numbers if needed by Walmart. Buyer beware.
This is a third-party and terrible distribution company. The charge goes through on the credit card instantly however any attempt to contact them is ignored. Walmart was unable to make contact with them after several attempts as well. I ordered a GarminDriveSmart 61 at a price of $199. The item was advertised as new. The price was comparable to a new unit on other sites. The item I received was certainly not new. It was refurbished and not even in a box. it was wrapped in tissue paper and in a blank cardboard box. I returned it immediately to a Walmart store. The company charged me a $39.20 restocking fee and a $20.00 return shipping fee. The reviews of this company noted identical problems. Always read the reviews! i hope mine helps someone else avoid ZeeMo Distribution!
Unfortunately I did not take the time to notice that I was buying through a 3rd party on walmart. I ordered assuming I was going to get a product directly through Walmart. Anyways, I was suppose to receive the product on Wednesday. Come Thursday only a shipping label was created, it was updated on walmart tracking that the item has shipped. Upon contacting USPS and finally getting ahold of Walmart they tried to say it was probably lost in transit, me having my ducks in a row informed them it wasnt even shipped and I want my money back. The Resolution team member even tried calling them and got sent to voicemail, which in my opinion is pretty bad when you wont even answer Walmart. Thankfully, I got refunded my full amount and next time will take the time to make sure to read if its one their great “marketplace sellers”. What a joke!

I called Walmart.com at 800-966-6546 and told them how unhappy I am with the transaction I had with ZeeMo. The rep on the phone promised to look it to it.
I'd give them zero stars if it was an option.
Lousy, Lousy, Lousy. Stop!!! Sent me the wrong product. Shipped it slow. Did not respond to my emails.
I will never ever spend a penny with these folks again.
