Poor Customer Service (well, non-existent to be precise). Tried to cancel an order that had not yet shipped (still trying!) - I have tried multiple times and got no response. I needed this product for my young son's birthday and the original delivery date is now way way past. I have now contacted Walmart Resolutions as well as my credit card company. I am really unhappy no one has responded when I spent good money.
