I ordered off MyWit website. It was supposed to be in 'Very Good Condition'. It arrived badly packaged, loose in a box with pieces of plastic and the charger. Heavily scratched screen and chipped corners. Clearly not in very good condition. I asked for an exchange but they said return it They said they would not pay for return shipping as it was 'Buyers Remorse', not acknowledging they sent a crap phone. They post a rosy return policy but its a bit of a scam. You can either keep the below standard phone they send or return it and eat the shipping costs. There are better companies to buy from, stay away from MyWit.
I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus through my wits web sight this past week. I had purchased a iPhone SE from them in 2017 with good results. My recent purchase the phone was acceptable but the battery is degraded to the point it requires charging every few hrs. Most resellers will not sell past 500 charges or 80%.
