MOUSAVI INC

I ordered some Squishmallows from Walmart. Two came from Mousavi Inc. They are fake. This company should be shut down for selling fraudulent items. I collect Squishmallows. I know the toys come with tags - one on the ear with the toy's name, date of birth, and story and one on the toy's bottom. The ones I ordered came without any tags. Clearly, they are not official Squishmallows. I sent an email to Mousavi. The reply was "sorry". That's all. I've sent a review to Walmart, too. I'm returning the toys at the closest store. This is so shameful that this company is trying to get away with selling collectible toys that are fake. Walmart needs to cut them out of their online sellers. Unsuspecting buyers might not know the importance of the official item (as described on Walmart's web site) versus a knockoff.

Received my squishmallows for my grandchildren all 8 of them came in without tags. Terrible seller. Stay away. I thought I was buying from Walmart, not a secondary seller.

Sent an open and used product when I purchased a new one. Then does not take any responsibility.

The marketplace seller Mousavi Inc. is very rude to deal with, changed the tracking number of my item more than a week after it was sent, still haven't received my item, when communicating with seller they provide one sentence responses and do not address my concerns, and the number listed for them is for a hospital in CA, not a business. They need to be removed from marketplace as this is a direct reflection of Walmart.com.

I ordered a bicycle. It arrived missing the seat post and a rubber cap to protect a front shock. I have been trying for a week to contact Mousavi both through Walmart and on my own. This distributer has not responded to emails or phone calls. I would like the missing pieces shipped to me so I can use the bike. It has been a frustrating experience.
