Horrible service. I brought a thermometer through Walmart.com on April 27, 2020 for 69.99 on April 28,2020 it said it was shipped, then I get an email saying Delayed. Today is 5-19 and I haven't received anything yet.

I brought a infrared thermometer through Walmart.com on April 28, 2020 for 29.97 on April 29,2020 it said it was shipped, then I get an email saying Delayed, this the 2nd time money have been taking out of my account for a thermometer please send me my thermometer or refund my money.

I called Maple Supply LLC on 5/12/20 and asked them why I have not received the Thermometer that I purchased for 27.97 and they told me that the thermometer is based out of China and the shipping cost went up four times the amount of shipping. I ask her. "So you are saying this is my fault and that is why I am not getting my thermometer. " She did not deny my question, she just said, "That is why it is not being shipped." You go to walmart.com now you will pay 79.97 for it and I guess the reason for that, they added shipping cause in it. But Walmart told me that they shipped the label to them to send it to me and they declined the label. And another thing, when I called them I did not give them any information about myself, I just mention the thermometer and she knew to right away what the phone call was in reference to. Evidently there has been a lot of calls about this item or just their products in general. I advise you, customers, to stay away from this company.

I brought a thermometer from Walmart.com on April 28, 2020, and on April 30, 2020, I receive an email saying an adjustment for my recent walmart.com order - 3912064-962896. Then on May 7, 2020, I get an email saying, tell us about your return or item replacement. I check my account the money was put back in my account. So then I go to Walmart.com to try ordering it again. I see now what the issue is It was put on the website for the wrong price. It now comes up for 79.97 but when I first ordered it, it was 29.97. It seems as though everybody is making it the customer's fault of the error. Please send me my thermometer at the price I actually ordered it for 29.97. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
