I ordered a 2 pack of Bicycle water bottle cages in blue and got 1 blue and 1 silver.
I ordered Immuneti health supplements from this vendor through WalMart dot com. I paid extra shipping in order to receive the products quicker. I received it Two days later than promised. I have tried contacting this company by email to get a refund on the extra amount I paid for the quick shipping that I did not receive. After about two weeks, I still have not gotten a response.
I bought 10 Nebo light/lanterns for Christmas gifts and they were individually thrown in a box and 2 on them had cracked lenses. I notified Modern Outdoor and they said , get this, you need to get with Nebo as they are warrantied. What a skumbag response. They were not willing to accept any fault at all but since they got their ~$200 they were willing to let Nebo handle their mistake. Since they were bought through Walmart I contacted them and they handled the situation. Hopefully Walmart will remove them from their Marketplace vendors. By looking at the terrible reviews this is a horrible company who just wants the sale and after that the buyer is on their own. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned of their poor customer service. The 1 star is because I had to to submit it
Ordered staggered tuners for guitar and they sent non-staggered
They sent the wrong Holosun site, ordered and paid for an HE 407C GR Elite, received a regular Holosun red dot, not waterproof. Then they even tried to not accept the return that was sent back the same day I got it in the mail. Do not buy from this company.

Buyer Beware! I placed an order with them and never received it. However, they did charge me! Bogus company
Do not order from this company. We ordered kickstands for our new bikes that were supposed to arrive on July 5th. It is now July 10th and we do not have them yet. I called the company on the 5th to check into the status and the woman told me they were shipped on a 2 day ship and will arrive that day or perhaps the next day (6th) due to the holiday. I called this morning and the representative was not understanding at all and kept saying they can't control shipping. Obviously not shipped out on a 2 day ship, but they won't claim responsibility. Be careful!
