MISSORD

Missord is a scam. I ordered a baby swing for my friend and it was marked as delivered but never arrived. Walmart sent me to the seller and they kept sending weird messages like "logistics mislabeled your package, we are sorry it's the last one in the warehouse, the system will give you a refund." But then not actually issuing a refund. Finally i had to get Walmart to reverse the charge. I don't know why they allow scam sellers in their page.

I placed an order with Miss Ord on October 29th and still haven't received the item. I have been communicating with them and still is trying to get my refund for the item that I ordered. When the tracking number they provided is entered it indicates that the order is somewhere in New York. They are refusing to refund me my money. I reported them to my advising that they processed a fraudulent transaction since I have never received item and they are prolonging my refund. They said they would send my refund to me by January 19th and I still haven't received it. They asked me to rescind the transaction to my bank so that they could refund my money. That was a scam. I have contacted them regularly and they take a couple of days to respond but they still won't refund my money. I have reported them to my bank again to recoup my money. Don't trust them. There customer service is terrible.
